Absolutely HORRIBLE! I would give NO stars if I could. Ive had to use this post office since 2008 and it is always the same. Long lines, wait no shorter than 15 minutes 95% of the time. They give me my neighbors mail and Im still waiting for my retirement paperwork that was mailed from the company on June 16, 2017. I spoke to them yesterday and they emailed it to me immediately. Needless to say, I express mailed back it through FedEx. Was with paying more to know they WOULD get my paperwork! If I had gotten it more timely, I still would have still used FedEx, but sent with 2 day delivery that is much cheaper. The final straw was this afternoon when I got an email from Amazon saying the mail person could NOT find my house. When I did the tracking I learned they supposedly came by at 8:41 this morning. I was home and no one showed up or stopped nearby. After 2 trips to the post office, two phone calls, and saying they couldnt find the huge orange box, it was there and learned that I am deceased! REALLY??!! WHO told them that???? I went in, waited 25 minutes in line and got the box right away. I didnt even have to give her my name...whats up withe that and confirming who I am and my name matches the name on the box. Oh no, she hands it to me, and I dont even know the girl behind the counter. Absolutely no professionalism and had the nerve to ask if I needed anything else. NO! I hope I never have to go into that post office again. I wonder how much of my mail isnt being delivered now. They still send my mother and Dads mail and they ARE deceased!

Was talked rude to like im an idiot and cant do some simple math. Argued with. Sent my package to the wrong side of town not even with my name or street adress or anything close. Held my package for three weeks and said it was not there but it was on the floor. How are we to run any small biz if there are people with such little power letting it go to their head. They are the mail dictators and only who they want gets mail. My kid is in school abrod and they think im a terrorist cause i get mail from her. What the heck has the country come to when just getting your mail makes you want to bash some ones face in till her teeth fall out and you have to make her eat it cause she has such and attitude. All the time she is wrong. I have contemplated moving out of their area cause i have to be able to send and recieve packages from my daughter. That brat behind the counter needs fired before some one beats her but clean off. Or she needs to realise how she is treating people. Before some one shows her what its like.

While not the horrible service the other reviewer cited I would label the staff I talked to as indifferent. Which is odd in a town where you cant go to the gas station without striking up a conversation, it is just a friendly town. But then with a post office I am not looking to make life long friends just to have my business taken care of quickly and efficiently and it was.
