Extremely disappointing experience with the local Fedex team. Shipment was not delivered on time, the driver/delivery man allegedly drove to our location and reported our business as "closed" which was not the case... The local staff justified itself saying that the delivery man thought our business would be closed and would not lose time to go and check. No phone calls or any other attempts to contact us were made. The customer service afterwards was as catastrophic as the delivery experience itself. Endless phone calls to a multitude of operators, none of them would forward the call in the right direction, and finally nothing happened. Do not waste time and money - find a different shipper.

I didnt even know this FedEx Ship Center existed in my town until today so I tried it. I am glad I did. I cannot say enough how very helpful the customer service representative was to me. I wish I had looked at her name tag. I literally walked in showing her how much I had to ship and of course wanting it cheap as possible and she gave me their price and I couldnt believe. It wasnt even a flat rate price box. Walked out of there pretty excited about how much I saved. Bye, bye USPS for my shipments. Thanks to the young lady at FedEx. I REALLY appreciated all she did for me making it an extremely easy transaction while saving me money. Ill be back with the next shipment soon.

I ordered a package from Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Saw the driver speed past my house, not once but twice, never even looking at mailbox numbers. My address was reported to Amazon as incorrect and was told it couldnt be delivered. After calling Amazon about this and explaining that my address was correct I was connected to someone from FedEx. He also told me my address was incorrect...I do live here after all and know my address is correct! Now, waiting on a second attempt for delivery! We shall see if that happens!

Tried to drop a package off that was accurately quoted on their website for $53 for a 75. -lb package, employee was adament that the price was $218. Even got the manager involved and she just looked at the screen and said the same price without re-entering info. Said it was required to box this large metal nearly indescructable piece ( only another $12 for a cardboard box...). Went to UPS and was charged $64, in and out no problems.

first of all...a fed ex shipping location is way more difficult to find than UPS or USPS. While traveling through Elizabethtown, KY I found this location using Google. Staff member that greeted me was rude and not very helpful. stick with UPS store...never had a bad experience and they are easy to locate in most towns.

This facility has awful customer service they arent helpful in tracking your packages they just give you some canned answer they tell everyone. They dont even have local number so you have call the 800 number to ask to be be connected to them. Its just faster to drive over there and still get the run around.

Ordered something from Amazon last week and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Apparently they delivered it to the wrong house. So i contacted FedEx about it and was told that the local shipping center would be contacting me. Yea, not so much.

Absolutely horrible delivery service. I pay for my packages to be delivered priority by 10:30 a.m. & every time its a different reason as to why it wasnt delivered on schedule. FedEx has had to credit my account each time now because of this branch.

Everytime I order from a company that ships with FedEx, my stuff is delivered to the wrong address. Thank goodness for honest neighbors. But also if the item is any bigger than an envelope it is damaged.
