Firstly I thought the staff were friendly and helpful and this review is more representing UPS as a whole. When I shipped my package the address was wrong, it could have been either one of us, but then when it was corrected someone didnt put the numerical apartment it was going to in. So I had to pay another $20 to correct it... which the outsourced rep did by instead of "Apt. F" to "Apt. OFF". After contacting customer support they refused to refund me for their mistake, wont help me with the confusing claim process and have made this a horrible experience. This was my first time ever personally shipping anything via UPS and it will definitely be my last.

google keeps deleting comments so here is mine again. Dont waste your money going here. UPS in general is a horrible company but when you get a third party company like The UPS Store involved it gets much worse. HORRIBLE IN SO MANY WAYS that I cant believe they are business still.

I have visited the UPS store on OLIO Road in Fishers Indiana on numerous occasions. I can honestly say that the people there are the MOST UNFRIENDLY people i have ever met. If you care at all about any of your customers, you should act like you care or try to be nice.

I have used this store to return textbook rentals. I show up with the paper work and the box not even taped shut. They take it, tape, print a recipe and it is out the door. I have not had a single issue. I just wish they were open earlier and open Sunday.
