Oh please.....those with bad reviews about this place need to get over themselves. What do you want these employees to do for you? Lick your plates or worship the ground you walk on? These are the most courteous customer service employees. They are pleasant, helpful, respectful people. Never have I ever had bad service here. NEVER!!! The complaining bunch here must be very hard to deal with n expect the impossible to be done for them. I suggest to everyone thats looking at these reviews to just walk into the store n judge for yourselves.

I didnt get to see experience the customer service, but I showed up at 8 am on Monday December 12th and waited for over 20 minutes and no one showed up to open the store. I confirmed on the sign at the store that they are supposed to open at 8. There is no excuse that the store shouldnt be open on time this close to Christmas. Several people, including myself, waited around and left.

Ive had a PO box here for a few years, and even after moving a little ways away, Im keeping it here. Everyone working here is very friendly. I can only imagine some of the other reviewers are asking for the impossible. Ive never been treated poorly, or witnessed anyone else treated this way.

Others complain about lack of customer service, but this is NOT the case. Very friendly and helpful consultants at this store. And the location for our neighbors cant be beat. The employees are our neighbors. Will return over and over again. Keep up the great work.

Went to this store today to be told that to package my 3lbs item in a 12x12x12 with bubble wrap it would be $16 that doesnt include shipping! I went to the UPS store on 135 and all I paid was $4.15. All UPS stores arent the same!
