Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I took a booklet there to be printed and their computer changed the font I used - so it cut off a name on one of the pages. I went back and explained what happened - the answer I received was it wasnt their fault. They were not willing to give me a partial credit or reprint that one page without charging me. I would not recommend this store to anyone and will never return there again. What I was asking for was not unreasonable, but like so many places today, they were not willing to do the right thing and even attempt to make it right with the customer.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Theres a girl who lallygags around "cleaning" while customers are backed up. A young kid who I believe is the owners son who will literally throw packages to the back. I will never go back to this location. Ive been multiple times, if you go while the owner is actually there, or one other young man your package will at least be handled properly. There was a sweet young lady who worked there during the holidays but I didnt see her this year. This place has gone to crap. So, if you want your packages handled with care do not use this location if the owner isnt there.

Best UPS store ever. We ship a lot of packages, mostly for business. Living in multiple states, weve had the occasion to frequent numerous UPS stores and by far, this store is the friendliest, the most knowledgeable, and most efficient weve found. Can-do attitudes, very reliable, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Ive used the UPS Store chain for several years but the Greenwood store is by far the best around. Great service with a smile. The staff is always quick, professional, and friendly. I will pass every USPS Office to come to this UPS Store. Highly recommended without reservation!
