Do not use this location for anything but the purchase of non essential items . We sent a package using their in store services . After the item does not show Ina timely manner . I started with a phone conversation with a employee concerning my non delivered item. I was told since they use UPS, its their responsibility. Even though the transaction began at Office Depot. After my own investigation, I discover that an incorrect address was typed in by an Office Depot employee. I spoke with store manager " Rod Schuchman " and his only reply was do I want my $19.00 back. No concern for me, the delivery or any reasonable effort of good customer service . There is much more negative to say, but no need. WARNING! WARNING! Terrible customer service at Office Depot , W 86 st. Indianapolis , Indiana .
