I would rate them less then one. Maybe not all of them but specifically today. I was waiting for my package(A new phone) and I sat in the living room all day to make sure I didnt miss it and sure enough I was tracking and tracking it online then it says Delivery Exception.. So im like okay what is this, whats going on. I read and it says that nobody was home or the business was closed. So Im like no I literally was here all day. So I continue reading and it says to follow the instructions on the paper they put on the door. So I go to the door thinking okay, possibly when I was in the kitchen they came. Sure enough no paper on the door or around it. THEY NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE AT ALL...... So I call them up and they blame it on my phone provider saying that even though it was out for delivery today the company called and said they wanted the package back.. Why would my phone provider even send it out or have it make it onto the truck to be delivered just to have it sent back when everything was approved. So I got in touch with the phone provider and they saw nothing on their end other then the FedEx company saying that no one was home so they decided to ship it back. Seriously I am not a happy customer towards FedEx.... HOLD YOUR DRIVERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS..I know its just a phone but I leave for vacation soon so this really puts me back.. Definitely not a happy customer what so ever... Have your drivers get the address or whatever the heck happened right...

FedEx sucks. Every single interaction with them is a headache. Theyre considerable slower than their contemporaries, and it seems like there is always a problem. The last few deliveries Ive had from them have always been sent needlessly late, or to the wrong location. That last one is a hoot, because the nearest pickup location is thirty minutes away from my house, or if I choose to change the location of my delivery, I have to pay these clowns for their bone-shattering stupidity and incompetence because that certainly makes sense. If I do get a package from them without a hitch, they always deliver at inconvenient times for me, either when Im at work (because it makes sense to make deliveries really early in the morning, right?) or later in the day when I should be getting sleep (because I work 3rd shift).

It is difficult to take receipt of a FedEx delivery if a signature has been required by the shipper. FedEx cannot tell you what time of day it will arrive, so unless you are tethered in place, you stand a good chance of being gone when it arrives. There is no way you can appeal to logic and pre-authorize the delivery, etc., so you had better plan to pick it up on Saturday. This brings new meaning to snail mail. You cannot directly contact the local shipping center for more detailed delivery information even though they are just a miles away!

I am on the phone with fed ex right now and the man cannot speak English...I demanded another customer service person...I brought a Smart post package to the Muskegon Michigan main post office one full week ago, and I just learned from fed ex that they only come and pick up packages once every two weeks! this is completely unacceptable!! I will never use a fed ex service every again. Hate them. UPS would NEVER do this.

Worse customer service ever. If you have to sign for a package they will not give any idea when they will show up. You have to stay home and wait.....(could be anywhere from early morning to 8:00 at night) If you get frusterated and call the number, they dont answer the phone, instead they connect you directly to the computer. Their time is much more important than yours.......use any company but this.

You cant have a package held here, the closet location is 30 miles away in holland. UPS has a package station that can hold packages NEXT TO MY MOMS WORK. I always tell companies when they send things to send via UPS because it never fails that my package is a little late or the truck is full and has to wait a extra day even though i paid for 2 day delivery and wont reimburse me for the shipping charges.

Cannot contact them and I feel I will be turned away to pick up my package even know its sitting in the back room and wont be delivered for another two days.... Edit: Just got back, there tracker said it was in town but the package was really completely somewhere else.... Could of known if they actually had a phone line that would pick up instead of a machine telling me what I already know...

I sent a package around 3 in the afternoon to go from Michigan to Ohio and by noon the next day it had been received. I am very happy with the service and I cant say enough for the young man who helped me and was the most efficient person I believe Ive ever dealt with. The lady working with him was also efficient working with another customer. Thank you to these 2 great employees.

I also cannot get in contact with anyone. I am still waiting on a delivery of an item that I paid extra on shipping to receive it before the weekend. The weekend is gone, no updates on tracking and it is over-due by 5 day. Will I get the extra money from shipping back? lol not a chance. I hate Fedex, always have. Not sure why any company would use them.

I waited for approx. 25 min. to contact an agent at FED-EX although the recording stated "shortly with you "....... "They" (fed-ex enemy),,answered the phone and hung up on me! Late lunch? Break time? Or just needed to go out and smoke a joint? Not the first time with the Muskegon Mi. office!

I tried to ship a package on my lunch break. Drove 15 minutes to the location. I was really pleased to see a handwritten sign on the door stating that they were closed for lunch. As I did not have 30 minutes to wait around I will take this to another service that keeps actual business hours

Its irritating that this location does not have a phone number. The guy from the FedEx place said they wont hold packages, but on the website it says they will. However, how do you find this out, if they dont have a phone number for you to call?

Absolutely hate fedex i personally have never had a package through them devliver on time or at the right address. I even know many people with simular situation. there really is no other factors to why the packages have so many errors

The girls at the service desk are amazing and sweet but when Im told my package can be picked up at 630 and its still not here at 650 not happy with the driver.
