Steer clear!! Especially if you are thinking of using the mailboxes. We have had one there for nearly five years and have had mixed reviews on that score (frequently got other peoples mail in our box, and felt because of that, that some of our mail might be mis-directed as well. Both the owner and his main employee are not at all versed in customer service and got defensive and blamed everything on the postal service and offered very little reassurance.) The real kicker came though, when we decided not to renew our box. We gave the owner notice and made a huge effort to inform our vendors, customers and various state and local agencies that contact us via mail of our new mailing address. Of course, there are still pieces of mail coming. The owner claims that he can hold our mail for 6 months and mail it to us all in bulk at the very end, and that he does NOT have to release it to us until after 6 months. He also refused to give me a copy of the statute he claims allows him to not HOLD, but WITHHOLD our mail from us. In short, the owner of this store is a petty and vindictive man, who seems to be attempting to punish us for choosing to recieve our mail in a different way in the future. Now I will have to spend hours of time lodging complaints and sicking the postal inspector on him, just to stop what I am thinking is most likely mail fraud. I advise you to stay away from this store!!!

I have been a customer there since 2007 and have never had a bad experience with this company. I think its great, there is nowhere else in my area that does Fedex and Ups both, and on top of that they have mail boxes that are NOT treated as a PO Box, and by that I mean a PO Box only accepts USPS packages but these are treated like a street address so i can get a wide variety of inbound packages from limitless shipping companies. Not only do these guys ship through the Post office, Fedex, DHL, and UPS, they have also done freight shipments at a fair price for me in the past. I give it five stars because every need i have is met and they treat me like family.

Very Helpful, the young man working there Saturday was very respectful and patient with me, I needed help making copies on the color copier, and then I needed to mail them to my daughter. The copy prices were better than the UPS store and Fedex, mailing them was priced about average for a locally owned business, but Id much rather pay the extra for the simple convenience of being able to get everything done in one place.

I had a package shipped to england for a friend i was charged $53 dollars to ship it, and i saw the clerk never put a label or anything on it. I asked my friend when he got the package and he told me the label had $24.52 on it. I will never go back there to ship anything, I will just drive to the post office and wait in line.

Ive been a customer of this business for almost twelve years, both at the owners previous Broad Ripple store and at the current 86th & Ditch location. Customer service has always been good and the staff makes an effort to meet the needs of every person who walks through the door.

THIS PLACE IS DEFRAUDING MBE AND CUSTOMERS. HE HAS NO ASSOCIATION WITH MAIL BOXES ETC... AND YET HE CLAIMS TO HAVE. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO BY OWNERS. I AM ENCOURAGING YOU NOT TO USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY!

The markup is unbelievably high, service is average at best. And they certainly dont mind hanging their political views on the register for everyone to see.
