Can this USPS be American and honest? I work over 16 years at the Distribution Center in Grand Rapids Mi and all I have learned from working there is that coming to work everyday, being reliable on my job, being there for my boss, coming to work on time, driving from Muskegon to Grand RapidsMi rain or shine with only one accident for 16 years, being responsible on my job, caring about people are not the ways of the USPS. I am an honest employee that resigned because the corrupt USPS needs to privatize. I gave up my FERRS pension and Blue Cross Blue Shield because of their USPSs hate for their best dedicated employees that have high pay. My body has aches and pains due to the LCTS machine at the distribution Center and thank God I am off that machine. Dont do business with organization. I work elsewhere and my body is fine. Someday it will hurt due to all my faithfulness at the Distribution Center. The USPS is horrible to work for!!!!If I could only tell the world how criminal and rotten the inspectors are and so forth. This organization LIES!!!!Since the USPS downsized so much they traded in their values for defamation / character assassination on their dedicated employees. The Distribution Center has lost a lot of employees and not all of them retired. The USPS does not care how horrible they treat their employees I resigned and left the USPS because they accused me of something that I have never done. They put something on me that is not in my body. I cant trust an industry that is that evil!

The 1 person I initially spoke to, to make an address change was friendly and very helpful. Afterwards, I relocated; the mail was asked to be stopped immediately due to a package being stolen from former address. Again, package was delivered at noon or a little after, in the rain. It sat there until 4p, on the front step exposed to a great deal of rain and anyone passing by a knows that Im no longer there. Had to physically be shown that my name was taken down, saw if I was in the system or not and then flagged the address. Hopefully no more packages are stolen or soggy due to the weather conditions. Manager was great. Listened, empathized, walked me through what he would do and assured me that it wouldnt be happening any more. Well see. Thats what I was told the first time after my property was stolen.

I have never experienced worse customer service. They delivered my package to the wrong building, after I paid extra money to get it there on time. They refused to do anything about it, and I was told I could not even get a refund! So not only was the delivery person unable to properly read numbers, they refused to even go get the package. And on top of all of this, I have been on hold for over an hour today, without talking to anyone. NO one has even picked up the phone to tell me they are busy, and will be with me when they can. This is a complete joke. They lose my package, and wont even lift a finger to help. This is why the post office is going under, and Im glad it is.

The US post office is one of the worse government ran organizations out there. Anyone that gives them a review on here that is above 1 star has never delt with the US post office with an issue! They could care less about helping out or correcting any mistakes they make for customers. If you have any problem with your service good luck getting any real help or service from them. Government controlled organizations are corrupt and always will be. Lazy ass employees with zero care. My suggestion is to use private owned shipping services and pay more. Boycotting the US post office is the only way to clean them up!

I paid for a P.O. Box, and had some business cards sent to it. They arrived just fine, and I also tried having other pieces of mail sent. The USPS denied them. They told me that even though I paid for my P.O. Box, I couldnt use it, and they wont be delivering my mail. What the heck is up with that? Ive had a P.O. Box before with no problem, and have never ran into this issue before. They wont reimburse me my money, either.

I was supposed to recieve a package July 8th, the mail comes and instead of the package I get a magazine I should have gotten a week ago. Theyre so behind on delivery that if they do give people their packages on time its probably bias and they dont ship things because they either dont feel like it or they just dont have the time.

Rude employees. Talk down to you at times. They act like big, bad government employees when all they are is a mail delivery service....aka the bottom of government scum. Seriously, the people working here are trash...its Muskegon. Go figure.

UPS customer service sucks!!!! I called and asked them to pick up a package accidentally sent to me and they said it would be picked up today; it was not. Just appalling!
