Horrible. The worst shipping experience possible. In spite of emails telling me that my package was delivered to the requested fedex holding location (3 times), I get this terse and lightly nasty call from a hub 4 miles from me about how they are only going to hold my package for 10 business days and its been 4 now. Now I have to Uber out there, on a work day, and rescue my package.......which cost me $24 to have delivered. If I ever buy anything that has to be shipped fedex, I wont. And this little tale is only half told here.

A horrible courier service! I told the local station 4 times that the driver would need to call me when they arrive because we live in a secure building. They continued to attempt delivery without calling and returned our delivery to the pick up location. Its 3 huge packages . . . furniture and a chest freezer. We have no way to pick up which is why we ordered it to be delivered in the first place. Now no one answers their phone or returns my calls.

Great place to work!! Very fast paced work with great pay. I would rate it a 5 but the customer service number I called is horrible please get people I can understand and knows at least some information about FedEx locations because this Muhammad guy says he cant find any info about the location at 4111 N Producers drive in Indianapolis Indiana 46218

Said they called to try and drop off the package but never did then told me they dont even allow you to pick up your package until they fail three times in a row. Told me they cant get in touch with their drivers and the package would likely be sent back to the vendor. Incredibly frustrating customer service and a terrible courier overall.
