Delivered our package to another business close to us, knowing it was supposed to be delivered to us. They left a note on our door because we were closed (they tried delivering on a Saturday for some reason). The note said "Your package is at XYZ Company". Why would they knowingly, purposely deliver a package to a different business? We then had to contact that business and make arrangements to come get our package. Luckily they had it! But it was a filing cabinet that we then had to carry across an entire business complex.

Been waiting for a package to be delivered from 40 minutes away for nearly a week now. They keep saying nobody here to sign for it even the we were all here all day Saturday and most have been here all day Tuesday as well waiting so we dont miss it. Have no idea where they have been taking my package

The driver cant seem to never find the correct house on a dead end road with 2 house on it. Every time we get something shipped through FedEx, they always deliver to the wrong house.
