Not the most intelligent. They sent me an email stating my package was undeliverable... They left no reason, no receipt, no tracking number. I called the next day and spoke to a Dave... He failed in more than one way. He claimed he found my package using the ups tracking number it originally had... He asked if I would like to place a hold on it so I can pick it up. I said yes. He directed me to go to the 1001 main st. office the next day which I did. He gave no further information on why the package was not delivered or a usps tracking number. Well I went to 1001 main on my lunch break... Dave sent me to the wrong office... The nice lady there sent me to this office on Raible... The post worker who "helped" me was very rude. I told him I didnt have a tracking number and only a ups tracking number he said go call ups... I sat in the waiting area and got the usps tracking number and finally gave it to the postal worker... He went and checked and came back 5 minutes later. The package was sent back to Amazon because of... Well he couldnt tell me why... Dave sent me to the wrong office and failed to put a hold on my package... Wow. The USPS is as useful as an electric typewriter. Get rid of those apes!

In contrast to the previous review, I would actually state that its the employees that make it a miserable place. They do not like you and do not want your business. The way they treat you makes you wish for privatization just so that maybe someday, somewhere someone will actually care about customer service... until, expect nothing and make use of as many online services as possible, the less interaction, the better, trust me. I work in customer service and the example they set is horrid.

Customer service is extremely rude, and slow. I had the Unfortunate experience of having to pick up a package (no signature needed) and it was worse than pulling teeth. Its always a wonderful reminder why I use UPS for my own personal shipping needs to prevent my customers from having to deal with the hassle of the Postal Service.

Ive been having trouble with my mail for years, and have had the worst luck getting help. Today, I spoke with David @ the Railble office that was more than helpful. He was upbeat and positive throughout my not so nice complaint. His customer service skills and quick to help were very appreciated. Thank you David!

Ordered a birthday gift from amazon. Said it was delivered to my mailbox.. it wasnt. Been trying to sort this out for 2 weeks! So, now Im basically taking a loss on the money spent and gift. Crummy service from even crummier people.

This post office has really bad customer service I called three times about a order of chicks and the guy on the line was a jerk He very rudely said WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CHICKS YET! I am very dissatisfied with that employee.

Service here is slow so dont expect to be in and out in a hot second thats just not going to happen. With that being said there was one staff member that seems like she just hated her job and was down right rude.

Small parking lot, small waiting area. Bulk mail is very precise, if not done exactly their way, they make you correct it, or it wont be accepted. Regular mailing area is always at least 4 minute wait.
