I really wanted the Toshiba i have. I am really disappointed and regret buying it. Less than 30 days old and cannot get service or repairs. Why can i not return this product instead of me being forced to wait so long for defective product. I contacted Toshiba and they emailed me two nearby location for service providers. I then check both service providers by walking in to both locations. 1) custom bytes inc at 2039 hurstbourne pkwy and 2) uptech computer on plantside drive. They said they will not do the repairs that Toshiba said they would do. Toshiba said that for the new unit i have and paid $ 941.00 and is in their product failure window but i also have to pay $30 dollars for their shipping package. So now for this very expensive paper weight i have to pay even more. My total loss as of now $971.00 to return a new laptop that doesnt work. So Im being held hostage by Toshiba... Do not buy Toshiba nor shop office depot and do not use Asurion as a authorized service provider. Why is there no negative ratings ????????

awful, the guy who was helping me gave me a product i did not ask for, then he assured me it was the product I requested. I drove all the way across town to find out he had given me the wrong printer cartridge then I had to drive back to the store and exchange the product for the more expense one I original requested. The cashier that finally gave me the correct cartridge said he would write-off the difference from my original purchase but when I checked my statement today I discovered he did not! AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Worst customer service. Order a desk at this store, office depot cancelled my order without my knowledge and at the date of delivery when I am trying to find out why my order is not delivered they are telling me, that order was cancelled. This was my first order for Office depot for home delivery. I am really unhappy with all the mess has been caused by them.

The most disgusting customer service I have witnessed in a long time. I usually do not write reviews on retail but I had to share. I believer her name is MariAnn and was working in the print department. She is a nasty human being with no care to work with the public. I have pulled my business of five years with this location today. Staples, here we come!

I can never print here without there being some sort of issue. Being a designer I use their online print services a quite a bit because it is the closest pick up location to my house, but I am going to switch elsewhere because my trips here always end in frustrations.

Saturday evening... Needed help from an employee. He was too busy to notice because he was looking at a Dominos Pizza online menu. The other poor employee was running herself ragged trying to help everyone.

I get all of my copy done there and every time I am impressed with the results. They do a great job at binding as well. They might be slightly slow on occasion, but it is always a quality product.

Found a great deal on a printer/scanner! It even connects to the net so I can send docs from my phone to the web address and have it print for me while away from home!

Not everything is in stock friendly staff long delays on shipping and they will promise delivery and not check when it will actually be there
