If I could give this a lower rating I would. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with receiving a package in my entire life. I was supposed to get the package on next day delivery and it didnt show up. When the delivery guy rang my door bell today he didnt even give me 60 seconds before he ran back to his truck. I am injured and cannot get to the door quickly. It took me about 2 minutes and he was already gone, the door bell didnt even finish ringing. When I called customer service to see if he could turn around they informed me that he was on his way back to the hub and couldnt. I COULD STILL SEE HIS TRUCK! When I told them this was for a medical reason and VERY important I receive it today they said I could go pick it up but would have to be there within the hour because the hub was closing soon. When I said I was unable to drive because of my injury they said there was nothing they could do and that was that. The worst part was the delivery man even looked back at my house when I stepped out the door and kept walking. Avoid this company in all ways possible.

Well dont like anything about your drivers. Two weeks ago I had an altercation with a truck driver wanting to block both lanes going across Kennedy Bridge and when I drove up on him yelling at him and holding my phone out the window as if i was going to call on him he flipped me off . Just this evening on July 12, 2015 at about 8:25pm I was coming across the Kennedy Bridge and here we go again a FedEx truck driver speeding in a Construction zone speed limit 40mph he was going at times 65mph . I drove up beside him once again holding my phone at the window and waving my hand in a downward position telling him or showing him to slow down he waved his hands in a waving gesture like he didnt care his trailer truck number is 901369 and his license plate is P140329. So with those two experiences with FedEx drivers I will never ever ship or do anything with this company. That is bad representation on FedEx and with that that gives me an inpression that Fed Ex as a company that they do not care.

This has to be the worst shipping experience Ive ever had. First off, the package was supposed to be shipped overnight, but then it somehow magically turned into a 3 Day Ground Delivery. So instead of getting my package Tuesday, it came to my house on Thursday. Initially, that was fine. However, when they arrived, the driver either did not knock or did not knock very loud after waiting all day. So, I had to wait all day the next day as they claimed they could not make the shipment come at a specific time. Waited all day Tuesday just for the package to never arrive because of "weather delays"... but somehow they made it to my house the day before. Now there really is a weather delay, and I will not get my package until at least Tuesday... over a week since ordering an OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. And all anybody ever told me about times it would arrive were lies. I highly recommend that nobody ships through FedEx. First and last time I ever willingly let FedEx ship me something.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. My package was supposed to be next day. They apparently attempted delivery on Saturday, but unless they just stood at the door and hoped someone telepathically knew they were there, they did not knock. My package must be signed for, so I was not able to receive it Saturday. Now, on Monday, they will not deliver it until Tuesday nor will they let me pick it up. They said I must wait until delivery on Tuesday. Hopefully, who ever delivers this time, actually attempts to make the delivery, because if not then they will have to hold it for 5 days at a hub, when Im not sure if I will be able to find time to pick it up, as I will be working 10 hour shifts for the next five days, as well as picking and dropping children off at school. This is absurd and I will never willingly use FedEx again. Id rather use the POSTAL service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the BEST experience EVER! I had a supplier ship late to one of my clients. My client called (on Saturday) asking where her mugs were.These were gifts for a Christmas luncheon for ladies who were cancer survivors. The luncheon was today. I called the 800 fed ex number to ask if I could pick up the packages.They said no one would be there today and I could not pick up. Since I was only 30 min. away from this Fed Ex, I thought Id just drive over and give it a shot. The security person was so nice. She found someone working in the office. (Usually no one would be in on a Saturday in that area.) The gentleman in the office pulled the boxes off the truck and got them to me. I drove into the luncheon just as it was ending and everyone received their gift!! They were clapping and smiling and so very excited and grateful...as am I. Thanks Jeff Fed Ex!!!! YOU. ARE. AWESOME!

Was expecting a delivery, and the package was a wedding present I needed the following day. I tracked it all day, and then it turned up delivered, except it was not to the right place. I called FedEX and the customer support was not much help saying they would go beyond to try and find it that day. Never heard back, so called again, got a new person who said no notes like I was told were in the system. I was told to give an hour and call the hub nearest me. I did so and was connected to either Amy or Amanda and they were very helpful. They had the supervisor trying to reach the driver to find out were it went to . Received a call 30 min later and it went to the Post Office, I immediately knew what happened as I have gotten the post offices packages before. Yes they screwed up, yes I was lied to, but in the end the local hub has stellar employees that took care of me.

this company does not do their job. i did an order through pet solutions and they have a 24 hour 1 day business day guarantee with this company and failed to provide my service that day knowing there was a snow storm the next day. I got a refund from the company and they have been trying to figure out why this company allowed on a perfectly good day to deliver my package to sit in a delivery truck for 13 hours and not get shipped with no attempts to even deliver on good weather, and then kept guaranteeing that it was going to be delivered the next day in a snow storm. this company branch needs to have a LOOK AT! they do not do their jobs and they do not respond to any customers! Fed ex needs to fix their issues as I will definitely not be doing business with them anytime future these people need to be terminated and replaced.

I ordered cupcakes for Easter. Got a phone call from FedEx that my address was not a correct address, called them back immediately told them it was the correct address and that FedEx delivered to me 2 days earlier. They assured me the driver would come back by the house within 2 hours and if he couldnt find my house he would call so that I would have my cupcakes. Got home the driver never attempted to bring my cupcakes back by the house and now we will not have the special bite size cupcakes for Easter. To make things worse, they wont even refund me my money for the cupcakes. So I now have to go out and buy a dessert for Easter and be out the money spent on my 1st dessert. Horrible service!!!! Would not recommend anyone use FedEx. There drivers must not care about the FedEx customer.
