My delivery man harassed my fiance when she was pregnant unknowing that her children were visiting a neighbor and they were not unsupervised. He came onto our property, around the back of the house, and started a verbal confrontation with her. I notified this wish washy post office of his actions and, legally, they are "required by law" to undergo an investigation of this matter. Its a serious offense for a federal worker to violate his work code in force of civic duty "responsibilities". Whether not action was taken, I do not know. I do know that he was not on this same route until a few months ago. Yesterday, instead of delivering a package, he slipped a "sorry we missed you" notice in the mail box. I heard someone outside and opened up the door. He saw me and peeled off recklessly into 10" tall, 20" wide boulder in the road. He smashed right into it with his passenger tire. My Nearest neighbor waved him down at the same time about something. He stopped and nodded said a few words and tore out of there again. What can I do about this lunatic? Id rather not have this crazed man even CLOSE to my property. This is the type of person that Id call the police on, and hes a federally employed USPS delivery man! This branches phone number does NOT pick up their phone nor return phone calls. Any suggestions? Also, if anyone could post on how I can get a new mail carrier that would be excellent.

5 star Customer service rating! I had a very important document sent to me by "Priority mail" from the Drake road post office. It didnt arrive to me in California. According to tracking It was delivered to a Philadelphia post office! I called the S. Drake road post office and spoke with Karen B. She works at the Miller Road office but happen to be at the S. Drake office where the package was mailed from. She was there training someone and she assisted me by finding where my document went exactly and calling that office and putting them on alert for the envelope/document . Karen was reassuring that it would be found and that as she received updates she would call me. So for four days i was in contact with Karen for my daily update until I had it in my hand and could call her back that I received it. :D We all know with the millions of pieces of mail that go out daily that things can happen and will and do and whether it be scanners or human error. I am just ever so thankful it was located. Thank you Karen B from the bottom of my heart you truly are a lifesaver! In all the years of sending priority mail I have never had a problem ever and have faith I wont again. BiG HuGs!! I hope Karens Supervisor reads this and gives her an excellent reward and review for being an excellent professional caring employee in representing the United States Post Office.

Extremely disappointed... I will tell you why. My fiance and I were outside working in the garage as the mail carrier was pulling up to our mailbox. We both looked up toward the road, instinctively, and watched them hit our mailbox with their jeep. They weren't paying attention to how close they were when they were staring directly at us rather than the road and the mailbox. She threw the mail in and drove off. She didn't say a word or do anything about loosening the mailbox from the ground. Now we have to ease open the mailbox (which she doesn't care to do) or our mailbox will fall over because it was hit so hard, it pushed the mailbox a few inches from where it was and nearly out of the ground from loosening the dirt... Each day we go to check the mail, our mailbox is looser and looser out of the ground. Today I checked the mail and our mailbox is leaned against our paper box rather than in the ground. She needs to step up and figure out how to fix this issue because I don't have the extra money to pay for the mistakes she's made to my property that was perfectly fine until she decided not to pay attention while on her job.

The people here are marginally "good" at their job. They do what the have to but dont raise a finger to do anything extra. Typical to a government agency, they do not understand the concept of "customer", and the fact that without us, the USPS would not exist. The mentality for government run business needs to change. These agencys need to realize that they are not doing us a favor by existing - We do them a favor by being more or less forced to use their services. What can you expect going into a government run facility? It is very typical, so I would say they at least meet my expectation. Of all people at this facility, the janitorial / facilities lady is by far the most resources and helpful. I am very thankful to have run into her and had her to help me solve my problem. Which she did admirably. Do yourself a favor and find her if you need something other than someone punching keys on a computer.

Recently our post office discontinued service on our block of about 12-15 homes (with no warning) until we install a curb side mailbox. I have to drive 15 minutes to post office to pick up my mail. A neighbors dog had chased the mailperson 4 times before the rest of the block was punished because the postal service didnt contact that house directly or call animal control. We have had issues with the mail person being lazy (walking through our yard, never delivering on time or for days in a row, warning us to shovel our yard so they could walk through it). I spoke to the route manager face to face and he seemed less than concerned about my issue. I am very dissapointed with the level of service and professionalism with this issue at hand and believe it could have been handled a lot differently.

Terrible carriers paid for two day shipping and on the 4th day the mail lady puts a pink note... Sorry we missed you note in my box. She never tried to diliver the package to my door. If she had she would have been greeted by my husband who had been waiting outside for her to drop off our package. Then i wait for 50 minutes to talk to someone who tells me to call the same guy who never answered my husbands call. What a waste of time and money. When someone pays for 2 day shipping they need it asap for a reason. Way to make my family miss out because she failed to do her job

Package delivery service from Miller Road is so poor, they should just stop. I have spoken to the manager at this location on numerous occasions and all I get are flimsy excuses. She is as inept as her Sunday delivery drivers. I paid to have yet another parcel delivered this Sunday. I sat at home, on my computer, in the living room, 10 from my OPEN front door, and recieved an online-notification that the driver couldnt access my front door. The lazy ****** just couldnt be bothered to do his job, and neve showd up. I am contacting the Postmaster General.

I ordered my moms birthday present online and had it sent to her address, which was correct even though they deemed it to be undeliverable. Ive spent the past half hour trying to get in touch with a live person to figure out where exactly this package is now, but to no avail. Absolute waste of my time. These people wouldnt know what customer service was if it smacked them in the face.
