This is the second time I ran into this issue. i am paraplegic on crutches and have asked if someone could grab a package out of my car. The first time the customer service person was rude and said they could not help me. This most recent time I requested assistance, the agent very rudely stated that it would take awhile, even though I was the only customer there. As he went out to get the package, he said that he was the only one in the store and was not suppose to leave. He said this while I could clearly see another employee in the back room. As I was leaving the store he said under his breath but loud enough that I could hear he called me a, "pain in the ass."

Walked in and stood there at the counter for 5+ minutes, there were 2 workers, one preoccupied, the other chatting casually with a customer who was already serviced. I waited for a while until I spoke up and asked where the drop off desk was, in which the worker who was chatting pointed at the pile of drop offs without a word to me as if I just interrupted his chat time. Neither spoke to me. I work retail and when I have a line forming I make sure to be timely and not have 10 minute conversation with a customer. I only gave 2 stars because the store was decent looking.

I SHIP THINGS EVERY WEEK USUALLY ABOUT 5-10 TIMES. IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT THIS STORE AND THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! I WALK IN, I DONT EVEN HAVE TO SAY MY NAME OR NUMBER -- THEY HAVE IT MEMORIZED -- AND I DONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO PACKAGE IT AND CHARGE ME -- I DROP OFF MY PACKAGE, I LEAVE, THEY PACKAGE IT & CHARGE IT TO MY HOME ACCOUNT. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT, EVERYTHING GETS THERE IN SHIPSHAPE, QUICK 3 DAY SHIPPING, AND ALL MY CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED. THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!

Brought my package in to be shipped. My package slip was printed off so shipping was paid for already. I was charged a dollar to tape the box shut. If you dont want to get charged for .10 cents worth of tape, tape your box before taking it in. Lady said its the store charging as UPS doesnt own the store. Sad they need to make money off of tape which should be covered in cost they make to ship items.

Yikes. I used to come in here regularly to print but I might drive a little further to another location-- An employee had to yell repeatedly for another guy to come check me out. After a long wait, the guy in the back slowly made his way out, made an unprofessional joke with me and then harassed me for not laughing at it. Ive never felt like more of an inconvenience as a customer...

If I could give them 0 stars I would .. f*&*&* price gougers. Brought in a small box to return ship, which I couldnt do via mail, as they f*&& charge you $11 for the pickup. Small corner of the small box was ripped, and they charged a stupid DOLLAR for what a simple scotch tape job could have fixed! store policy. B.S. And not the best service around either.

I shipped an antique mantle clock there last week, and it arrived in perfect condition. The item was packed by them, and they did a great job. I was very worried it would arrived damaged, but it didnt. The cost was higher than I expected, but it was well worth it to protect my grandmothers clock.

Brought in a Amazon return, with my own label. Lady was a little rude, and said it would cost 1 dollar for them to tape it. All she did was slap a label on the box instead on tapping it properly. Ill be surprised if it makes it without stuff falling out.

What a joke of a store. Guy was so rude to me in the store it was unbelievable!!! I will never use this store for anything again. Keep your bad additude to yourself if you are doing a customer service job!
