I took a box filled with my moms wedding china set to ship from this location. The gentleman, Ryan who helped me was impatient when questions were asked regarding how he will pack them. I was concerned about my moms stuff who has recently passed away I have been to this location several times and I hate going there when this older lady is not working. This snobbish young guy they have hired always act too smart. They just lost another customer. I will not go to the store where customers stuff is considered junk.

I mail out UPS packages 5-6 days a week. This location is by far my favorite in the Kalamazoo/Portage area. They have 4 parking spots dedicated for 10 minute drop offs. They keep dollies right by the door to help with big orders and the staff is as good as it gets. These guys are doing it right.

I came in after a morning of errands with my toddler, tired and completely unprepared to ship this package for my husband. The guy who was working took my stuff and handed me a receipt two minutes later. He was awesome! Super friendly and quick =)
