A delivery company that cant deliver in a small amount of snow in the midwest during winter is not ok! I get the holidays issues, but seriously FedEx claims to deliver when the other guys dont. I had deliveries from UPS, and they didnt have a problem with any weather. In fact, the day my package was listed as being out for delivery I saw other FedEx trucks in the area making deliveries. Their website said it would be delivered the next day, Saturday, but it didnt come then either. Their website listed my delivery date as "pending" so I called to ask about where it was, and I was told it would be delivered tomorrow, so Ill guess Ill have to see. If you make a company promise - stick to it. *UPDATE* After I had called, the companys website updated my package as "damaged". However, it was delivered the next day as promised. The damage amounted to a 3 to 4 inch hole in the package. Cant say it was completely the fault of FedEx as the product packaging wasnt the greatest to begin with. This review is more about the delivery service being of poor quality than the product packaging.

Horrible! I purchased a very expensive computer online for my boyfriends birthday. I had it sent to a friends address where it accidently got refused. I called to make SURE it would be delivered after the weekend. I was assured twice it would. On monday I get a call to double check the address and was told it wouldnt be there till tuesday. He explained it Would have been there monday if someone had called me an hour earlier before the truck left. I asked why they DIDNT call and got *I had better things to do" in response. Not only did they NOT do their jobs...when I asked for solutions I was met with this SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK attitude. I will be driving all the way to kzoo today and getting it myself. I will NEVER AGAIN USE FED EX FOR ANYTHING. The USPS does a better job at half the cost.

An absolute joke. I ordered a package and was supposed to be delivered last thursday but because the driver couldnt find it, it didnt come. So i called them next day asking where it was and they said it would be here today the 3rd. Nope, driver couldnt find address again so i got call from someone asking about it and said it wouldnt be here until tomorrow the 4th but yet they dont deliver tomorrow. So i got told it would be here the 5th. So instead of waiting for their driver to not find address again because they obviously cant use gps im just going to have to go pick it up.

This place is a joke. They didnt deliver because of weather and when I called customer service they confirmed the driver did not even attempt to come down our road. Drove by and just said nope Im not doing it today. This is not the first time that they have used weather as an excuse when there is less than half an inch of snow on the ground. I will not be using Fedex again. They were extremely unforgiving about the situation.

First scheduled delivery date was 12/15/2016. Then it was switched to 12/16/2016. I called at 8:15pm and Was told that they deliver between 8:00am and 8:00pm. If it didnt get delivered on time on 12/16 /2016, it would be rescheduled again for 12/17/2016. I got my mail on time from the Postal Service, what is FedExs excuse?

Im having the same problem. My mail man ran, city buses ran and people went to work! So whats the problem with a big ass truck coming down a major st.?! I sat home and waited all day and still no FedEx!!
