Ive been in this store several times, and found management to be very professional and cooperative, along with a few older more cooperative floor personel, however, some of the younger high school aged people seemed totally unknowledgable, and didnt want to even listen to my problem of what I was looking for or understood the nature of it. A good salesperson always has it preached and preached to them to "help" customers get what they need, not what I want/ I explained to one of these people what I wanted, because I did not want to spend a lot on a feature seldom used or needed in my work, yet, they responded with a snicker, "why dont you just get this?" which would have cost much more for seldom used features. I felt degraded. However management must have also seen problems, since on my next stop at the store, she was not there anymore. Management I do not fault other than should be paying a couple dollars more for help that is more mature, knowing your DEMAND to learn to get customers what they want, even if it means going to a more experience employee and asking how to go about or how to get the customer what they want, even if sending them to another store, or asking the boss what to do if they cant help someone, with a 1$ order. Management: you know how to take care of customers. Your people should know how to do so, even if they have zero sales experience. I come back because of you. - who handle things like a pro. If you take the most important aspect of your experience and make basics on a sheet of paper, show it to them, and demand they use the technique plain and simple to help people get what they want, or figure out what they want, then how to get it. even at the price they want, you will have a million repeat customers. Some like myslef will come in on Feb 15th for a cheap order for 64$, andn on March 20 for 640$, and next Feb. for $6,400. Do you see the imiportance of my order last Jan 20th for a $1 order? IF it had not SATISFIED me to how, what and WHERE my little $1 order was made, office depot, Walmart, or Best buy would get the 640 ande $6400 orders; not to mention all the 30, 55, 29 and $310 dollar orders on odds and ends during the course of a half year or so. for odds and ends because I know if I come to a store, they will help me find or where to go get what I am looking for or figure out what I want. There was an ACE named Zig Ziglar or Zigler, who put out a book on sales, for basics as well as proven pro sales people. Make it your Bible at work and pass it on to every employee as an investment to work for you and make money, in being a top ranked store. Your boss will love you for the results you get and the people who go about it right will buy it (employees) and use it. You will be able to bring in HS aged kids who will begin to know what its all about. Helping people get wht they think they need. This is most important in a setting such as yours. there are 5 other stores within 5 minutes away, who can sell the same product. A well trained worker will do the job right, and make a sale. many dollar sales today add up to return hundred and thousand dollar sales tomorrow. Get with Zig, youll never regret it.

Their website has a greater selection than what is available in store. If you want to go see something in person, it may not be available. Great single stop for a variety of office needs. Can be a little pricey, but they do have good sales.
