A horrible experience They kept telling me to go to one place after another to get the package it wouldnt be there. Id call again and the previous conversation and arrangements werent recorded resulting in another promise --that wasnt kept or recorded. The latest is that it was to be delivered (I Promise said the rep) and was assured that it would be here by noon. Called at 11:30 and was assured it was on the truck and would be delivered by noon; At noon, no package and FOUND OUT IT NEVER EVEN LEFT THE DOCK!!!! I am still on hold now and it looks like a 60 mile drive to wherever they think the package it. STILL DON"T have it. God awful service.

FedEx is the worst of the big carriers. I rarely get a package via FedEx and when I do it seems it is always late or the driver behaves bizarrely. I have had hiccups with USPS and UPS but 90% of their shipments go smoothly and on time. With FedEx it seems I always end up with late packages, damaged packages, or a note saying I can pick it up 35 minutes away at their middle of nowhere service center. UPS is right in the middle of GR right off the highway... FedEx is buried by the airport in Kentwood. FedEx has an online system to customize delivery but nothing is ever available for my shipment. UPS has a similar online system that works.

Ive usually pretty forgiving when a carrier driver accidentally leaves my package on his truck. Were all human and crap happens..UPS rarely leaves a package on their truck and strive to get my package to me as date indicated. My Fedex driver marked a package "Delivery exception Local delivery restriction - Delivery not attempted." If you google the above exception, it basically means weather related. In this case, it is/was a bunch of horse poop. The roads were fine, no snow/rain storms. Another time, I paid Amazon extra to have an item 1 day delivery. Item didnt arrive until day 3. I am starting to believe this Fedex is run by idiots

Payed for FedEx 2Day shipping. Package was shipped out and arrived in GR Sunday night, then sat there all day Monday. Then it got to the delivery center Tuesday at 6am. They updated the tracking 4 hours later to say it wasnt scheduled for delivery. I called and they "should" have it to me tomorrow by 8PM. If I shell out the money for your overpriced 2Day service, please make half an effort to get it to me within two business days. Monday+Tuesday+Wednesday = 3 business days. USPS wouldve done it just as fast for a third of the cost, and they wouldnt have lied about the speed.

Youre service is pure garbage. Me as a customer pay you guys for my "2day" shipping which is bullshit. An on top of that I was supposed to receive my package today which I need by tomorrow for a very important event. But looks like you guys wont leave my package at my doorstep. An Ive called to tell them I work everyday 2nd shift an cant come sign for it. But you guys still expect me to sign??? Like wtf. If I have to sign/drive to kentwood for my package, you better hope you start praying. So -1000 stars for this p.o.s service

Customer service personalities are less than pleasant plan on standing in line a while. They left me a door tag and need me to sign for my package. Being that I work during the day I called to see if I could pick that up from the FedEx location five min. away from my work. They said no, that I would have to drive 25 min. away to pick up because they can only deliver to certain FedEx stores for pickups. grrr, As regional distribution manager for 19 states all I know is I AM SO GLAD WE USE UPS FOR ALL OUR NEEDS.

Not sure what peoples issue is with this FedEx. I requested the package be held there over the phone and they called me as soon as it arrived. Very friendly service and package was unharmed. Ive never received a damaged package from FedEx and only use them when I need to be assured that the package arrive safely. Take the other reviews with a grain of salt, people only seem to review something when something goes wrong.

Horrible service, lazy drivers, they put a door tag in our common area 10 feet away from the office where we were sitting waiting for a delivery. When I called, they told me to come pick it up! Why should I have to drive down to your facility because your drivers are lazy?! If you ever need to ship something, use UPS, theyve never had a problem finding my office and are always friendly.

I see a lot of complaints, surrounding the West Michigan area & specifically, having to drive to Kentwood. I am joining the club. I live in Zeeland, for goodness sakes & your customer service phone reps (@ least the one I talked to) are rude. Not that Fed Ex cares, b/c they havent responded to anyone, but if you are considering shipping something somewhere, my moneys on USPS or UPS.

I spent the extra money to receive my package before the weekend. They never attempted to deliver it on Friday. No contact from them on Saturday. They are closed on Sunday. Now I will probably have to drive an hour from home into Kentwood to pick up my own package! Very unimpressive. Never again will I use Fedex. Hey Fedex step into my office, because you are #-%*ing fired!

So my package was supposed to arrive on Saturday, then I get a notification that it will arrive by days end on Monday, well now the notification has changed to days end on Tuesday! FedEx really needs to find a way to improve meeting the date that they say they are going to have your package there.

Terrible. Have footage of FedEx never showing up today, nor did they leave a door note, but they say they did. NOPE. Liars. Now they want to to drive 40 minutes to pick it up. This is the worst. I hope FedEx looks at these terrible reviews for this location and does some restructuring.

They are terrible. My package was received in Kentwood on Friday. They "attempted" to deliver my package on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I was home all day on these days and no package. Use UPS, these people are terrible lazy drivers.

Absolutely unbelievable. The driver "lost" a package with over $1,000 of computer parts in it, they cant "find it anywhere" and will have to file a claim for me to get my money, but the claim process takes up to 7 days.

Their system was down then I went to pick up my package and it took them forever to finally find it for me. But the guy helping me was a good guy.
