UPS IS BETTER, none of the complications as FedEx I ordered a package for my wife as a birthday gift. It was being shipped FedEx ground and was placed on the truck for delivery at 8:21 AM Saturday, August 19th. After three phone calls and waiting up until 10 PM that night the package was never delivered and I was told they would like another tenant the next day I was also told by an advocate of their customer service department they will be sending an email to the station to find out why it has not been delivered yet and to contact me. I called again Sunday afternoon to inquire about the delivery, I was then told they do not deliver on Sundays and and they had no record of an email being sent to the station. This is completely unacceptable my package spent more than 12 hours on the delivery truck and still was not delivered. I can only assume that FedEx needs to figure out what the problem is and come up with a more efficient solution for their drivers to get their packages delivered when theyre supposed to. It is ridiculous that the drivers cannot get packages delivered within 12 hours or more it should not take that long and if its on the truck it should be delivered that day not 2 days later after being put on the truck. And I will never use FedEx ground again if I can help it and I will urge others to do the same. I have never had these kind of issues with UPS.

After speaking with customer service for 3 straight days, I was guaranteed my package would be delivered today (theyd had it for over a week in facility). After taking off work for the day to be here to sign for it (required), I called to track the package where they told me they "forgot" to put it on the truck and I was out of luck.

All one needs in order to pick up ones package is to call the number next to the phone and give the nice FedEx associate ones tracking number, wait a bit, then soon a very nice FedEx associate appears at the window and asks for ones government issued ID and presents one with ones intended package. What could be easier, one may ask!
