I went to the post office today to mail a gift to my daughter for her birthday. I bought a box and label via the supplies at the post office. When I went to mail the package I was refused tape to secure the package. REALLY! Great customer first service. I went to the local hardware store and bought tape there rather than the highly overpriced tape I was pressured to purchase at the post office. Not happy.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST post office Ive ever dealt with! Constantly missing BILLS and then getting charged late fees because I never got the bill delivered. I get other peoples mail all the time too. Kent wood mail service was the best. Ada you need to hire folks that can READ AND SORT! Im NOT going to have my credit ruined because you stooges cant get it right!

I had a package sent to an Ada address, apparently the house numbers on the package got smudged, so they returned it to sender. Really the post office cant look up an address by name? They have mail delivered all the time, they could not cross reference the name? No wonder they are not making any money!

The staff here have always been super polite. I usually skip the counter and use the self service machine as the lines can be long with just 1 rep working. However each time Ive interacted with the staff they have been really helpful and courteous.

A perfect example of why the US postal service is going under. Despite being empty, the lazy staff required that a special appointment be made just to get a passport. Fortunately there are other options in Grand Rapids.

Not the most competent post office. In under a year, on two different occasions, Ive gone in to pick up packages/letters (where a slip was left at delivery) that they were then unable to locate. Ridiculous.
