Ive been a tenant at Storage Plus for over 5 years and have moved to various units around the property based on my space requirements. Suzanne and Mark have always been helpful in taking care of any needed paperwork quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. The key reason I chose Storage Plus originally was the 24/7 accessibility to my stored items and their security under well lit areas with a full camera system but those are just a few of the amenities Ive found Storage Plus to offer. In my career, I work with many self storage facilities and Ive seen what is good and bad about every facility but have never seen any bad at Storage Plus. From a friendly staff to a clean and secure facility, they have it all. I can go elsewhere for a cheaper option but as always, you get what you pay for. 5 stars for Storage Plus.

Ever since Suzanne and Mark were forced out, this place has not been the same. Customer service is non existent and the small things Suzanne and Mark used to do to make all their customers feel special, are no longer there. The grounds are not kept up like they used to be and there is trash everywhere..In the 8 months before I finally had enough, letters went out 3 times to increase rent on units! Insane!! Ive read all the reviews and people should know that Suzanne and Mark arent there anymore..if youre in the market for a storage unit, please think twice before you rent here! P.S...Im only giving 1 star because it wont let me post my review...but know that they dont deserve that...

Iam happy to give my opinion of Storage Plus on Outer Loop, Louisville, KY. From the first day that I walked through the front door into the business office, which was almost 7 years ago, I have nothing but praise regarding Storage Plus. Starting with Miss Suzanne, who is always delightful and excellent business woman. Her husband, Mark and the other staff are also very helpful in any of my questions or request that I have. Mark and Suzanne are great people to deal with. They take pride in their business, and I have never felt the least bit uncomfortable about leaving my belongings at Storage Plus. It is very secure, with controlled access and 24 hour camera. They have a lot of stuff for moving as well. We rented a unit for several years from them. One day my motorcycle clutch cable broke and I had to rent a trailer. I almost forgot they have all the UHaul equipment there also! They got us hooked up and taken care of so I could get the bike to the shop asap. They are very customer oriented.

I only have positive things to say about Storage Plus. This facility is clean has video surveillance cameras, 24/7 access to your storage unit and a u haul truck rental on sight. You will also get something else that you dont get with other storage units two people that will always be happy to help with all your storage needs....Manager Suzanne and Mark so stop in and see for yourself....

I am renting a climate-controlled unit. You know a good storage facility when you never think about it. I have no concerns about the items Im storing, nor am I ever uneasy about accessing the facility outside of business hours (aka at night) because of the security gate surrounding the complex. Staff is super-friendly and the owner is fantastic.

Been renting a space in this location for a year, and renewing for another year today. Great service, clean, AC works flawlessly, temperature control, and its in a convenient location. I whole-heartedly recommend, if you are lucky to get a vacant space. The manager, Brittany, is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have had some problems and they have been very nice at helping me with my problems. Due to illness I havent been able to pay on time for a couple of months and they have worked with me. I would refer them to anyone I know was needing a storage place..

Renting a storage unit has never been more pleasureable. The customer service is excellent--attentive, helpful, and friendly. The units themselves are the cleanest and neatest Ive ever seen. As an added bonus, there is a U-Haul service there. I love the 24/7 availability.
