Absolutely terrible staff. I called the number listed and it gave me some foreigner. I would love to be able to call my "local store" and get somebody from the "local store". Just you know, something I would enjoy. So I talked to the foreigner that I could barely understand and she put me on hold and called the store, I needed to know what time the truck would be leaving out for the day. Well the woman calls the store with me on hold and says that the store opens at 9 which it clearly says on the door that they open at 8:30. Well the girl in the phone says its okay they will let you in now I just asked. (I had stuff to do) a woman came to the door being so rude she almost brought me to tears saying that I was a liar and that nobody had even been on the phone that did which isnt true I watched the woman pick up the phone through the window and talk to the foreigner I had just spoken to. I have never been more frustrated with a shipping company. This location is awful with horrible employees. Their costumer service like is ridiculous, and is a terrible "middle man" when there isnt even a need for one.

Left work early to be home when package was delivered. Driver was 45 mins before scheduled time so no one was home. Called to have driver try again today and a very nice woman said they would call me within 2 hours. 3 hours later still no call.. So i called them back and was told the driver was already on his way back so it is now to late. But that i can come get it tonight but i have to be there before 6 and the driver wont be back till after 8... she then directed me online and said i could have it delivered to my house between 6 and 8 tomorrow.. what she failed to mention is that to change anything you have to pay them 5$. This is after paying them over 25$ to deliver a 13oz package in the first place.. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. WILL NEVER USE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN.

Spoke with three different employees and they were all rude. Dear FED EX, You do not get to give up on the written address on a package, and deliver to an old address that you are not sure I live at anymore. This is an outrage. Day before Thanksgiving and no package means Im waiting even longer for your dumb a$$ driver to go pick it up and drop it off at the correct location. Better yet Ill take care of that. You suck at delivering packages. I will make sure I never ship anything again through your mickey mouse organization.

Hard to work with and no telling where your package will get left. One package was left 10 businesses away from us and no note. I had to research online after several days of waiting only to find a signature verification scribbled that I could not read and no one could tell me who it was. Ended up flagging the order with company it was purchased from, they replaced it and about three weeks later the business 10 doors away brought over our lost package. Shipping made the hard way!

I consistently have problems with a particular FedEx driver in Panama City Beach who refuses to bring packages to my 11th floor unit if 2nd floor the condo office is closed for the day. The delivery address always specifies my unit number, but they refuse to take the elevator to my apartment to save themselves time. The delivery is then rescheduled for the following day and again becomes hit or miss despite the fact that Im always here waiting for the delivery. Very infuriating!

Have to use them when I come on vacation to PCB. What a PITA these people are. WORST FedEx location EVER! I have never not had an issue with them. From returned items because they said the address didnt exist to never on time, if ever, deliveries...and apparently theres no local number to be found for them so you cant communicate directly with them. I have better things to do on vacation other than sitting around waiting and dealing with an ineptly run business...

Checked my tracking number and told it was delivered on my front door. Checked it wasnt there. Called them and they said the driver or whoever dropped it will come back later same day. & waited and waited for nothing. Called them back the next day and pretty much told me to call back on Monday. I have never had any problems delivering packages to my place so i know for sure nobody stole it from me.

No package delivered, called customer service, they claimed it had been delivered. They were supposed to forward info to local driver to find out what was going on. No one ever called. Next day, my neighbor told me the package was at her house--it was perishable food that sat out all night . FedEx is the worst. And never a peep from FedEx following up on my attempts to locate the package.

They are the worst people ever! Apparently they came to my door and I wasnt here but my mom was and I was next door.. Whoever came didnt even knock like a normal person, plus they didnt even stay for a couple mins or even try to knock for a second time. I wish I was able to choose because I wouldve definitely picked the UPS people. They have way better service..

Google maps and FedEx website didnt mention being closed for lunch on Saturday. Which is fine until the employee came out went on and on about "I guess lunch doesnt mean anything anymore" when I and another customer waited outside for her to come back. Why do you close for lunch when youre only open for that long?

Friendly and honest (based on my personal experience) staff. However, not so convenient location. But it is bit far away from 23rd/ 15th where most of the other businesses in Panama City are located. And being the only FedEx shipping center in town, lack in services it offers such as printing etc.

Told us that it would be delivered from 10-12. We decided to call at 1 they said it would be deliver from 12-6. This is inconveance I have stuff I need to be doing instead of waiting on my iteams. This is the second one the company had to send because fed ex re routed original to Illinois.

Wish I could give minus 5 stars. PaId extra for 2 day delivery. Not only did I not receive my package, but it now has to be picked up 30 miles away. They said it is an incorrect address. BSC! I made sure it was right and have never had an issue getting a delivery from anyone else!

we were informed package would be at our home by 8:00 PM.Friday. My wife waited all day no delivery. Tracking info said we had moved. Called Fed-Ex recording said it would be delivered Saturday so I guess we are to stay home all day again. Not good!

Because of this facility I will never use FEDEX again. The female in there is terrible to deal with. Im almost a week in to trying to collect an overnighted package with no luck. No local number to contact so you just have to keep driving in....
