If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not suggest using FedEx for any purpose. Online tracking is inaccurate and they will not even deliver to my door. I have mobility issues and order groceries so they will be delivered to my door. I set up FedEx Delivery Manager to deliver all shipments to my front door, but the delivery person always takes the items to the apartment office. I have to wrestle the heavy boxes to my auto and then into my apartment. A thoroughly irate customer who will not intentionally use this company unless changes are made.

They are unable to scan barcodes to print labels from companies like Motorola. To send products back for repair because the system is out of date. Was told this by several employees at this location and it has been like this for several years.
