I recorded my conversation with Troy Castner, the owner, where he stated he had my left over mail that was delivered after I stopped using the mail box there but he insisted that I pay for 2 months of back and 3 months of FUTURE service before he would hand over the 1 or 2 letters in his possession. After I showed him I had recorded our conversation, he called back 3 hours later to tell me that he had shredded my mail. TAMPERING WITH THE MAIL IS A FEDERAL CRIME. He was rude and manipulative trying to bilk the customer. He is charging more than what is legally allowed for notary work. On one other occasion about 6 months ago when I returned AT&T U-Verse gear, they tried to charge me for the shipping even though it was prepaid for by AT&T. I had to drive an extra 20 miles to a UPS station that told me that the UPS store was contracted to do that shipping. Generally, they appear nice, but they are scamming, or at least attempting to scam, their clientele. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there for anything. There are lots of other places that could use the business. Stay very far away from devious scoundrels like Troy Castner.

DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE UPS STORE! The reviews are horrible but I never read them. Until now. Too late! I went to the store on Saturday to overnight a box to my husband that needed to arrive on Monday in Minnesota. He forgot his suit and it was worth the $100 charge to not have to buy all new clothes for a presentation he had on Tuesday. The box never shipped and my husband spent well over $500 to buy a completely new suit, tie, shoes and shirt and three hours of his time he hadnt planned for in his travels. The owner contacted me Monday afternoon and informed me that the employee who worked with me on Saturday has done this repeatedly. Not my problem. But it became my problem and it became several hundred dollars worth of a problem. I asked the owner to split the cost of our inconvenience and pay for half of what we had to purchase that should never have been purchased in the first place. He refused and said he could not afford it. I own three small businesses. He cant afford these social media reviews. Do not use this company. The owner has no idea how to operate a business and you will be very disappointed!

This store is not owned by UPS and the owner tells me that every time I go there. Today I took two packages to this store one had a UPS prepaid shipping label which they took and gave me a receipt. He made sure to tell me to keep my receipt because hes not owned by UPS and wouldnt be responsible for my packages whereabouts. He then quoted the price for the USPS flat rate which was at least twice the price that. I told him I would just take it to the post office to save money. He then asked me If I wanted to take the prepaid UPS package which he had already taken and given a receipt for to UPS. I said to him "the sign outside says the UPS store. Will UPS not get it" he said they would get it..... Im still trying to figure out why he would ask me if I wanted to take that package UPS.....Dont support this buisness!!! They are always rude and trying to charge extra for something. The sign on the outside says "theUPSstore" but they always make a point to tell me they are not owned by UPS.

After getting our letter from UVerse telling where to drop off our equipment and what they required back we went in and was growled at by owner saying to clean our equipment because he didnt like to touch other peoples dirt. Ours was cleaned before it left the house. Then the growling continued saying he almost closed his business four years ago. Saying he hadnt seen us in his store because we do not mail stuff anymore. All electronic payment so no need for stamps. He wouldnt take the remote and power cord because he just doesnt even though our letter from UVerse said to return it. Also he said if his store closed we would have to go to Muncie, Kokomo,or Indianapolis.

Horrible attitude. I walked in and asked an opening question about printing a shipping label. The lady told me I could email them the label and it was "Minimum of $3 to print that page out." I asked, to confirm, “$3 to print a one page email? “ Before the lady could answer the pregnant clerk who was rubbing her belly and complaining about the baby kicking her snatch the flyer out of my hand and said "yep $3“ with an attitude. Wow, stellar customer service there. Needless to say I left, went down the highway to another UPS Store and gave them my $85 of the printing business in addition to my free label they printed for me.

I have shipped many items from this store and only one associate has ever been friendly. There is a younger lady that is very nice, but there is a short middle-aged lady that is very rude and told me that a piece of tape was a "courtesy" in a snotty way. Another tall gentleman there rushed me and would not look me in the eye, like I was an inconvenience. I would recommend finding another location to ship from.

I had my notary done and a package dropped, it was to be sent out priority overnight. Needless to say I paid for the notary, I paid to drop off the package and it was never shipped or picked up. I will be contacting the BBB and possibly my attorney. These documents not getting to their destination will cost me a lot of money. Very Very Very upset.

I generally try to avoid this UPS store and use the UPS service center on the north side of town. The owner does not like handling UPS packages with out the customer purchasing products or services since he does not make money off the handling of packages. At least that is what he told me. He was not very friendly or helpful either.

Tried telling me it was gonna cost $250+ for a big box to go 280 miles, no matter where I went, shipping direct with UPS is only $72.27 for 1 day shipping, owner is a complete tool, but he sells everything on ebay and knows everything.....GOOD LUCK!

I have never received poor service. Everyone is nice. I love how easy being able to ship my packages are and having my mailbox here is the best and at a great price. I can check my mail at anytime, day or night. Keep up the excellent work!

This store is horrible! Please mail your package at Office Depot UPS. They will claim your package needs a piece of tape and try to charge you a dollar for it (claiming its a donation). Totally Unprofessional! Dont make this trip.
