A young guy (blonde) works there is completely useless. Either he is technologically challenged, or since it is rare in young people to be so technologically challenged, perhaps he is extremely lazy. I was there to print seven pages of disclosure statement and fill it out and scan send it back to my realtor. It should have been simple, because I have done it before. But today, he said the scanner is not working. But he could not troubleshoot or call the service number to reach out for someone else who could have fix the issue. Usually, it is not the machine, but the operator who has the issue. First, he does not know what the customer SERVICE means. I had to go back to the store because of HIS incompetence but when I returned to the store, he served two other customers before even taking care of what I have paid for. He could told those two ladies that I was there earlier. Finally it became my turn, he asked me if I had a receipt, when I said, no, he had a nerve to tell me, "Can you come back Tuesday?" I have already taken one unnecessary trip back to the UPS Store and I was not about to comeback for an another one. Well, there is a way to pull up the past transaction but it was too easy for him to say get it from me. I went back to my car again to get my receipt. Then he charged me twice for emailing and scanning. When I confronted him, he said that was for me emailing him the document. He did not tell me the at first, nor, he or anybody else from the store charged me for that prior to today. If he made a mistake, own up to it and give back the money, but he told me that everybody does transactions differently. That was a very weak response because every store has a standing operations procedures. I will definitely write a yelp review and the write a letter to their corporate office. I will not go back to the particular location when he is around.

Owner is the nastiest little man I have ever had to deal with (dark hair with an Indian accent). Ive been there multiple times, but no more. He has 100% of the time been unfriendly, rude and arrogant. It seems being a customer is a bother for him to deal with. And the time before I was there he was berating an older woman he was training on the computer for not being fast enough. Today when I arrived, he was on the phone and told me to come back in 20 minutes because he was on a phone call for an international shipment. I told him at that time my box was in the trunk of the car if I could impose on him to get it for me due to a bad back. No problem, come back in 20 minutes. When I returned, he said no, he couldnt get the box from my trunk, 50 ft. from the counter of his little empire, because he had LOTS and LOTS of extra stuff to do today. He literally told me to take it somewhere else. There is a UPS customer service center behind the Veterans Pkwy. WalMart on Koetter with a lovely woman happy to help. And their price is more economical than using a UPS Store, which is a franchise where they are free to jack up the price. You can also ship from the Clarksville Staples.

I went here with a prepaid UPS label, box, packing materials... everything. Then the guy behind the counter tried to charge me a dollar for shipping my package... But i already paid shipping... I mean really?? Then i gave in and was gonna pay the dollar with my debit card and he tries to tell me i have to spend a minimum of $5 to use my debit card. I called the state street branch to see if they charge the dollar and they said no. I go back in and tell the guy this, and he tells me to go to st. street then. Im just like wow.. Amazing. BTW, he is an indian guy and would not tell me his name. But he needs to not work here anymore and UPS stores need higher standards for real. Very bad place, do not go here.

I took in a package for delivery. The tape on package was coming free, and needed a strip of tape to secure. The girl offered to "fix it up" for $2.00. Other choices she offered: buy tape at the store and re-tape it, or send it the way it was. That choice perplexed me because it was clear that the it would have broken open during shipment. Why would a competent UPS worker even suggest that? I chose option 4: leave the store, buy own tape, re-tape it, come back to store, and commit to switch to Fedex. I understand that some people take advantage. But it was clear that I had made an attempt to tape it, and it had come loose. Could she not have made decision to put one lousy strip of tape on and keep a happy customer?

took 40 plus minutes to print 4 pages from a pdf file.... first they dont have a modern printer (like fedex has) that you can print and pay right on the printer. Second they have to assist you to be able to print from a "no public" PC and charge $3 dollars for the service....and last no credit card accepted for amount below $5 dollars...so at the end those 4 pages cost me 40 min and $5 dollars and lot of patience...first time that I was using that UPS store and will be the last. They need to improve equipment and customer service

poor exp, I was charged an additional 1 $ for them to deliver my package, when everything was paid for....be careful !!! the indian guy will ask for cash, which is illegal !!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!! it will ruin your day

I will never return here! The lady working there does not know how to operate computer with just basic information. If you want to wait, go there. It would have been quicker for me to take packages to Louisville!

I have never had anything but great service from this location. We have had a mail box there for almost 10 years. We receive a lot of packages at this location and everyone is always very willing to help!

Watch out for Kimberly and kevin, they dont know what they are doing. If they say they will take care of your shipment dont let them. Stay away drive to another location.
