Our business has used UPS steadily over the last 21 years. We recently moved to the Noblesville area and dropped off an overnight envelope last week. (The envelope we dropped off was completely prepared and needed nothing from the store personnel.) While we were in the store, we asked if they had any blank envelopes we could have. We send UPS Overnight envelopes two or three times per week. The UPS employee snapped back, "NO. WE DON"T HAVE THOSE!" and I used the term snapped rather loosely. (It was my wife who asked, and my first inclination was to invite the $%*@ outside. My wife hauled me outside by the arm and we placed a call to FedEx to set up an account with them. Apparently, UPS Store employees dont make the connection as to what can happen once the customers go elsewhere. This kid, who I would think is likely to be unemployed soon, will probably always wonder why he cant get ahead. I wonder how they stores personnel will respond to the Christmas rush! Good Luck UPS Customers... youll need it!

I just got back from this store. I must admit I had a lot of concern after reading some of the reviews. However, traffic is bad up in this part of town and its just up the road so I decided to chance it. The store manager, Jen, was extremely helpful and even looked up a street adress. She offered tips on packaging and what the best rate was to ship it. Very professional and courteous. I advised her about the extreme reviews and she said that they bought the store about a year ago. She said that they had heard al ot about the previous owners. My guess is that the reviews on them were more true than false. However, this truly was a different owner/management team. Its hard when you buy something that had the reviews theyve had. Id highly recommend this store to anyone that is using UPS to ship in the Fishers area.

I ship very often to due online sales and have religiously used this UPS store. This last time will be my last time dealing with UPS at all. I went in on Saturday to get a quote so I could charge my customer the correct amount. After collecting my money and coming back Monday the manager told me the price, which was nearly a third more than what I was told Saturday. He very unremoursly stated well that is the price after I told him that is not near what I was told. I have never seen such a rude manager. I would have accepted the difference if he showed any concern in the mix up. Obviously someone made a mistake and a competent manager would have tried to atleast look into the problem.

This store must have changed staff in the past year or something because theyre always been friendly and helpful to me. I just dropped off a pre-labeled package without any problems. I normally show them address I need from my phone, sign that the label is correct, and off my package or object goes. Super simple with no hassles. And Ive never seen any guys working there, much less ones that scratch their balls in front customers. Though Ive only been going to this store for the past few months at most.

I have been a customer here since it opened. The over the last week, I have recieved abysmal service. I called with a question and the clerk was overly rude. I sent two packages on the same day, only one was sent. It was just sitting around the store. I ask them to check and I got more rudeness. The shipping label that they put on fell off and somehow they did not notice. No apology, but more extreme rudeness. It is the closest to my house, but I will never go back.

I could not believe this store is in the USA. I was trying to ship a package to Canada today. The guy who worked there told me that they do not accept packages to Canada due to some sort of strike, while scratching his balls or doing something in his pants that looked awfully a lot like that. I went to the FedEx store few miles away and send package without any issues. Yes I paid $5 more for it but the experience of US customer service was well worth it.

The manager of this store is too busy trying to get you out of the store to give accurate information. I had a package returned to me due to bad info. I called UPS to verify what I had been told after I wasted my $50 and found that he was wrong. I went back in to talk to him, and he basically blew me off. No apology, nothing. I will not set foot in that store again!!! There are too many other places that actually care about their customers!

Went in to ship a package, questioned why a small box cost $10. Once I told him I wasnt going to ship, the store owner started cussing at me and told me to get the f*** out. This is after he started throwing my items out of the box and onto the counter. I was irate and left the store in tears. I was so distraught that I called the police. I will never step foot into this UPS store again.

This store is pathetic and cant even handle basic transactions, like dropping off a package with a preprinted label. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and tries to nickel and dime you on every transaction. This location is a stain on the UPS image. I am a loyal UPS customer, but I am never going to do business with this store again.

I went to this store and the employees were nothing but rude and short. I felt as if me coming into the store was an inconvenience. I had to stand there for 10 minutes before the gentleman even addressed me. and when he did "friendly and professional" are not the words I would use. DO NOT use this place.
