My daughter went here for three days. When touring and applying, we felt the center was great. Everything was clean and organized, the staff was friendly, and the price was great. The first day we dropped of my two year old daughter, the children were still in the common room. I understand that this time is very chaotic and noisy for centers, and was okay with it. What I was not okay with was that there was only one adult in the room. She was watching maybe 5-7 toddlers plus about 6-8 school aged children. My daughter, who was new to child care, was uncomfortable with the noise and separation, and the staff member wasnt making any effort to familiarize herself with my daughter. Second day, we dropped of my daughter a bit later to avoid the common room. The ones and twos were combined, as they usually are in the mornings, but the ratio wasnt up to standard. I overheard the teacher ask someone to come in, but while we were there for about fifteen minutes, nobody showed. Third day, I was not present for the pick up or drop off. It was Friday evening when my daughter came home, and I removed her shoes like I normally do. My husband and I then instantly noticed that her shoes were covered in poop. We inspected further, and her jeans also had splatters of poop on them. My husband didnt think anything of it when bringing her home, as he thought it was mud, but it become more obvious when looking/smelling closely. My daughter didnt poop that day, and an unknown staff member was watching the twos room for most of the afternoon and evening. Im assuming they didnt clean the changing area between children, but I dont know. My child shouldnt be coming home in another childs poop - especially when we left a change of clothes in her cubby. On Monday, we called to withdraw our child. Leqy (the director) apologized profusely and said shed look into it. We were offered a full refund for the week we had already paid. It was to take about a month for corporate to mail us a check. We called a few times after the deadline, and Leqy was very dismissive. She wished us good luck in getting through to corporate, as the caller needs a child ID number for them to view the case. She refused to give us the number. Eventually, after 3 months, I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. We received a check about two weeks after the complaint. This place looks great on the outside, and the location is nice. The director and assistant director are both "yes men" and only like say what the parents want to hear. The communication between parents and teachers is lacking. I also hope that my child coming home wearing someone elses poop was a fluke, but I was not willing to risk it. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

We were impressed with the facilities and the waiting list was much shorter than other daycares in the area. We enrolled our (then) 7 month old when an opening came up into the ‘waddler’ room (for kids who crawl and are transitioning to walking). There wasn’t much communication. No e-mails with updates. No menu circulated or updates regarding staff. The ‘manager’ swaps between this location and another kindercare center so you’ve to deal with more than one person when asking questions etc. There were 2 teachers in our childs’ class (one from morning till 11 and the other from 11 till 5). From time to time there would be a teacher from another class who would be there. Sometimes we found our child in the infant room. We were told this was because of changing teacher-student ratio in another class. This would happen without any advance notice to us and continued despite us complaining. Our transitioning infant just had extra stress dealing with multiple care-givers. Our concerns fell on deaf ears. We were really happy to find another place when an opening came up.

The front office staff all seemed really sweet but the teacher to child ratio for the toddler room was sub par. It was also really outdated and the actual teachers seemed unprofessional (no dress code). I was not impressed and chose not to put my little one there.

My 5 year old had a good time during pre-k. The teachers were great, but the front office was disorganized. And it was a bit chaotic during after care - my son didnt like that as much.

Teachers in the infant room are fantastic and genuinely love the babies. Almost all the staff know my son by name even those not in the infant room 100%!

For PreK, just wonderful. Ms. Amanda goes above and beyond to make sure my child learns her alphabet and numbers.
