WORST PLACE EVER ! I just went there to get a blow dry and OMG!! I LITERALY LOST MY MONEY ... My hair ended up with a lot of frizz, had to come home and do it all over again by myself .. This woman who did my blow dry was sooo lazy that she didnt even move her hands to do anything she just got my hair dried putting the drier on my head .. And doing nothing else ! I was really so surprised when she said "Im done" bc I thought she was going to fix my hair as I wanted it straight .. But No . She was too lazy ! So I respectfully asked : are you really done ? My hair doesnt look good , she said yes . So I told her I didnt believe I was going to pay for this and she didnt even care about fixing it , she just started calling me names in her language !! Even thought I paid for it ! But I strongly recommend you not to go to this place .. YOU WILL LITERALLY WASTE YOUR MONEY! They are rude and not clean at all .. They did my eyebrows one day with her hands dirty and smelling of food .. ! Im very disappointed . The place where they do the facial OH MOTHER OF GOD !! Its really dirty and nasty . I went there once and I got terrified thinking of those dirty things going to my face that I left telling them I had something to do . Its just not worth plus they are rude and not clean . I used to go there bc its really close to my house but never coming back .

Horrible place with worst people who needs customer behavior training. 1st of all they dont know how to talk to customers. If they dont do any additional steps in any service just say NO instead of that they criticize you by saying "Did you ever get this service done before in US". We are spending money to feel good NOT to get criticize by you. TIPS are given by satisfaction of service. Do not tell or demand customers by telling that others will give this much amount and you are giving less. Yes they might have got better service but I DID NOT. CAUTION...workers talks bad about you in-front of you in different language thinking with their 1/4 OZ brain that you dont know their language. This type of behavior with customers shows their ethics, the way they are trained and brought up. Try to learn some manners on how to behave and satisfy your customers. That will automatically bring revenue and TIPS. If you continue like this then one day you just need to do service to your own employees as no one else will come.

I came here for a brazillian wax and found this place through Groupon. They used one stick on me and double dipped it in the wax. I was bleeding a little so my blood went back into the wax. I did not realize this until it was over and I looked up and saw the lady threw away only one stick. I asked her how many sticks did she use on me, and she said only one. I am so disgusted and upset knowing that she did this to other people, meaning that the wax is contaminated with other peoples blood, sweat, and hair. Im so upset knowing that I could have an infection or potentially have a disease transmitted through other peoples blood on my genitals. I will never come back here and will warn others not to come here for health purposes!!

I came to US 2 years back. I have a very sensitive skin and wherever i went for a face wax i ended up getting getting burned or de skinned. One of my Friend Suggested Ruby and from then on i never had to look back . I go to this location to get my eyebrow ,facial and I have never had a complain. Moreover i will recommend both Nilofer and Zeenat . Nilofer always makes time for me and do a good facial and a great head massage. She is one of the best .... Zeenat does a great eye brow work and lot of time my friends have appreciated it. They is a joy to chat with and I would great recommend this place

Haircut was not to my liking, and I feel like the stylist should have checked with me first- my layers were choppy and uneven. There were several clumps of the same level, so it looked very odd, and the longest layers were not even. I actually had to fix it at home, even though she offered to fix it at the salon on a different day. I didnt want to have more of my hair hacked off. They also dont do a blowout or style it, just "kind of dry" it, so dont plan on going out with your new look right after.

This is my first time using Yelp and Im writing this review because Ruby Beauty Salon is amazing!! i love this salon..I have been coming here for past 3 to 4 yrs for my eyebrows and facial.They did an excellent job of threading my eyebrows , facial and hair cut too. And The prices are extremely reasonable. Rozy ji & Nilofer ji both r very nice, and rest of the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years now to get my eye brow threading, and I am so grateful I found them! Their prices are reasonable, and their services are painless! I personally go to Neelofar, but all of the employees do a good job. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for fast and painless service!

I have been to the Dunwoody Ruby center for the past 6 Years & I must Say the service have improved from average to excellent now. Its true they had few issues with services/Staffs in the past like 3-4 Years ago but everything is managed very well with amazing trained staffs now mainly Amina & Nelofar being my personal favorite.

Wonderful Service! I go to this location to get my eyebrow ,facial threading and occasional hair coloring and I have never had a complaint. Rozy and Neelofar are especially sweet and they always provide me with the best service!
