I visited this salon yesterday with my sister in law to get our eyebrows done. Well guess what!!! SHE MESSED UP OUR EYEBROWS! We complained right after we saw our eyebrows and she didnt care about it. The other thing is, she burned our eyelids, the wax was soooo freaking hot that it burned our eyelids. The next day we woke up, our eyes were swollen and we had burn marks. YES THATS RIGHT SHE BURNED OUR EYELIDS WITH THE FREAKING WAX! THE PERSON WHO DID OUR EYEBROWS WAS THE OWNER OF THIS SALON! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GOING, THEN YOU SHOULD START LOOKING FOR SERUMS THAT HELPS YOUR EYEBROWS GROW FASTER! WE BARELY HAVE EYEBROWS NOW. THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO COMPLAIN OTHER THEN LEAVING HORRIBLE REVIEWS, BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO DID OUR EYEBROWS WAS THE OWNER. I HAVE PROOF, IF ANY OF YOU NEED PICTURES I WILL SEND IT TO YALL, JUST LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANNA SEE THEM. THE OTHER THING IS THAT AFTER HER SCREWING UP OUR EYEBROWS SHE TOOK MONEY FROM US AND DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE, WE EVEN TOLD HER WE DONT LIKE IT AND HOW SHE RUINED IT. BUT HER REPLY WAS "YOU ASKED FOR IT", THIS SALON IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. ALL SHE CARED ABOUT WAS TAKING OUR MONEY AND DIDNT EVEN TAKE HER TIME TO DO OUR EYEBROWS!

Do not waste time and money here, I went to do my hair cut and highlight, but badly upset with service, I already told her which color m doing but still she did color which they had and it was etching my head and skin around head badly, and the way she did my highlights it burned my hair, whenever I wash my hair it is really difficult to wash because it became very dry after this highlights, this is not enough , the color which she did was worst because I got more hair grey in just two weeks and I really dont like my hair, i will never gonna visit this salon again. Sorry.

Threading for eyebrows was okay. Waxing was the worst experience I have ever had. Very unsanitary. I almost left when I entered but it was a good deal so I gave it a chance. I planned on getting a Brazilian but quickly switched to a bikini wax. Very unprofessional waxing technique. Would have been better off buying a kit myself. Should not offer services that are not capable of properly giving. Not happy paying for a wax to then have to shave after, wish I would have gone back for my money when I got home and saw the result.

Not thrilled abt my experience at all. I got half a Brazilian wax but Im ok with that because she was very rough with the removal. The wax was too hot. I was jerking but she never eased up. I got it on Sunday and Im still sore and now bruised and she still didnt get all of the hair. She was nice when it came time to pay. I even tipped because I THOUGHT I was at least hairless. I have had to make a doctors appt for something to help. You live and you learn.

My mom and I have been coming to Saniya Salon for many years. We always get threading and hair done. We love their service and quality of work. Rosy is excellent! she knows our hair color and style. She pays close attention to threading and details. If you are looking for a salon with great services, not feel rushed, and awesome results..WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!

Do not go here. Absolutely atrocious customer service, they do not use hard wax for brazilians, and make you feel uncomfortable about something your coming in to get taken care of!!! And on top of that she charges me more than what they quoted and only did half the job!!! I wish I had gotten a groupon so I could at least get my money back.

Ive been going to Rozi for a long time! Whether shes in her Alpharetta or Northlake location, I make the travel just to make sure shes the one threading my eyebrows. Shes great at what she does, sweet, and professional! Im picky about who touches my eyebrows because they are so thin.. But she never fails to impress me!

Great Salon!! I have been coming to this place for ten years and I always get the great service. Saniya is a great hair stylist. She does the most beautiful eyebrows with arches and she provides many other services as well. She is very experienced and a very kind individual. I would definitely recommend this place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Went for a brazilian wax and service was horrible, I was still left with hair. The room looks unsanitary. Wax, baby powder, and hair on bed and floor. Over booked 4 clients at 6 all for waxes with one room. People coming in and leaving because no one to assist.

Cant believe I havent write this review but better late than never. I always stress who should I go for a haircut but luckily I found her and got my haircut from her and shes amazing. Shes the only one whom I go for a haircut. Also she listen carefully and do what I wanted to get.
