Extremely poor service. There is absolutely no customer service. Ive been here 4 times, once to get my eye brows done and thrice for my mom. Each time we have come out disappointed. Both my eyebrows have different shapes now. On bringing it up to their notice, the lady rather started yelling at me justifying she knows what shes doing and thats how its suppose to be done. If the shape isnt right, thats because of my eyebrows. To me, it doesnt even make sense. One eyebrow is visibly smaller than the other. Im definitely never returning here again!

DO NOT GO THERE! It is not worth it! You get what you pay for. I went there for my first ever Brazilian wax and it was horrible. The lady that serviced me did not put on any gloves first off.... then after she was "finished" with my Brazilian wax there was so much left over hair I still needed to go home and shave because it was that much left over. long story short dont go to them for a Brazilian wax your eyebrows might come out cute but everything else I dont know about.

$9 to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, not including tip. Cant beat that anywhere in the city. Let me know if Im wrong! All of the techs are really good and fast, I dont have a personal favorite. There is usually no wait, the longest Ive waited for a tech was 10-15 min. Most times Im in and out. Be careful in the parking lot, the spots are hard to back out of sometimes.

I had a so so experience with the Brazilian wax the first time. However, the second time I had Naz, and she did a wonderful job and was most pleasant! She also threaded my eyebrows- only $6!! I will return and ask for Naz! Only negative thing was the rooms you are in for the waxing. Not as clean as they should be. If you can look past that, go and check it out!

This is where I go to get henna for my hair, and they also do a great job at threading for eyebrows or facial hair. Both for a reasonable price. The #123 MARTA bus stops nearby. I dont prefer to ride my bicycle as DeKalb Industrial Way has cars traveling at a high rate of speed.

Ive been going to this location for over 15 years. Definitely my favorite place to get my eyebrows done and I would recommend Rosi. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. They work quick and are very precise. Thanks!

The rooms were dirty, wax was splattered over the walls. My first ever Brazilian Wax and it was very painful, not to mention the tech didnt even get all the hairs. Ill never ever go here nor do I recommend it.
