2nd time coming here! first time was great! Fast and great service! After my last experience I will not be returning. First off, I was the first client but not the first to leave. I was left under the dryer for 2 hours and I honestly dont know why because my hair had been dry for at least an hour. They also had a roach running through the salon while I was getting my hot oil treatment. Lastly I had an amateur stylist she burned me on the forehead with the blow dryer. I didnt even know that was possible! But I do know I now have to wear styles to cover the right side of my forehead until this large burn mark heals. WORST SERVICE EVER! Never coming back.

Went in for a wash and set and trim today. I arrived a little after 9am when they opened and was immediatley greeted and asked what services I wanted. My hair which is in between permed and natural was washed and set and I was put under the dryer. But the highlight was the SLEEK blow out I received!! What a GREAT job! Roots were so flat! I loved it! Im originally from Brooklyn, NY where the cost of a wash and set is slightly cheaper but the price given seems to be the average out here in GA but hey! My hair came out great and I def will return!

Do not go here. They put relaxers in the shampoo. They did not tell me this when I went there. I only found out when I went there again and my hair texture did not come back. They refused to admit that they used relaxers and blamed a massive amount of my hair falling out on "stress and lack of protein." I had to cut most of hair off to stop the severe breakage. My hair used to be at my shoulder blades, now it is at the top of my neck. If you want a quality and safe Dominican blowout, go to Lilys.

Been here since 11:20....its 2 o clock now, its been busier and its never taken this long... the dryers been off since after 1pm... will just find something closer to where I live ...drive 27 mins to get here and wasting most of my off day....will not return

This was my first time going to a dominican salon. However, i was trying to keep an open mind; whatever happens happens. It was great!!! It was clean, everyone was friendly and very professional. I will be going back in two weeks. BB

All I needed was a blow out and trim and they charged me for a full wash and set + trim. Ridiculous. You charge if theres extra services done but wont seperate pricing for different services. Good job with the blow out and trim

I come here all the time, but lately I have not been satisfied. My roots are not straight, my hair is frizzy and a mess. I think she rushed because it was almost time to close. Not happy at all but lesson learned!!

They do a very good job of washing and straighten but they do not know how to handle black people hair they us a fine tooth comb and comb from the roots to the end without even holding the hair ouch!

My 1st Blowout I paid $35 a very good price. I love my hair! Its bouncing! It did take over 2 hours but it was worth the wait. I will be back in 2 weeks. Thank you ladies.
