If I could give this less than one star I would. I booked an appointment a week ahead of time and even arrived early, just to find out the make up artist, Naahsa, had already started working on some one else. I waited and waited and finally got seated in the middle of the store for the world to see with my naked face just so she could go back and tend to her other customer. She than continued to run back and forth between the 2 of us the entire time. Never once did she ask me what I wanted done or colors or anything. This was supposed to be the pre-consultation before my wedding, but you can count on the fact that I will NOT be going back. Once she was finished it was 2 hours later and i looked like I had let me 8 year old cousin play make up for the first time. I should have refused to pay right then and there in the store but I didnt want to offend her. I paid, put my sunglasses on so no one could see the terrible eye job and left in a hurry to then take it all off as soon as I got home. Please save yourself the time, money, and hassle and just skip getting your make up at the Dayton Mall Ulta. It is NOT worth any of it. If I could post a picture with this I would.

One of the worst places to get anything done at, I went here for prom make up and she did it all wrong and made me very upset and embarrassed I still had to pay even after I washed it all off in front of them. I called corporate to have something done sense clearly they this store wont do anything and THEY STILL HAVENT. Im not going to stop till I get my wasted $60 back Its so ridiculous and never shopping at that store again. Nothing but rude nasty people here

This is my favorite Ulta. They usually always have merchandise in stock and the sales people dont suffocate you and follow you around the whole visit. The only downside is youre usually waiting in a long line to check out. Dont come during peak hours on the weekend if youre in a hurry.

If you are going there to shop for products this is a good store. They have nice sales and good products from trusted brands. The staff however was very rude and not willing to help me in any way. They also stay right next to you the whole time like you are going to steal.

I went into for a Gel Manicure yesterday, and I can say that will be the last time I ever go there for one. A day later the nail polish is already peeling off and it supposed to last up to two weeks. What a waste of money!
