BE AWARE this nail salon allowed customers to bring in their own cans of beer and drink in front of minor children. In addition to the 7 birthday party girls (approx 9-10 yrs old) getting pedicures, my own child (age 13 yrs old) witnessed this behavior. I brought this to the attention of the pregnant owner and she was well aware and allowing it to take place "IN FRONT OF MINOR CHILDREN." I was shocked!!! What people do on their own time is their business, but I was a paying customer that did not think I was putting myself or my minor child in a bar scene by getting our nails done. Beside the alcohol, loud and unrelaxing atmosphere......the service was horrible!!!! Definitely will never return to this establishment, unless I sit in the parking lot and watch police issue DUI tickets as the people drive home drunk. Sad to see nail salons no longer have moral values to keep kids safe.....at least this one doesnt.

Great place! Great staff! Im new to the area and couldnt be happier! They all have made me feel so welcome to their salon and to the area! Be careful of some other people that make reviews without disclosing the whole truth.... Such as this place not accepting a gift certificate! I was there when they tried to use that certificate. When a gift certificate EXPIRES thats it!! Why would you even try to pull a fast one on them, knowing full well it was expired ??? By NO means was anyone from this business being rude!! Have you ever tried using an expired certificate at a big name store? Why should this business be any different? This salon did nothing wrong... They are amazing and I feel bad they have to put up with nonsense from people that have no concept of small town businesses! A+++ business, dont listen to that other ridiculous noise!!

Well, I used to go to indulgence nail to do my nails with with my manicurist Cammy. She was wonderful and she know what she is doing, but this past week I went in there, my manicurist was gone. This old crab asian man offered me a pink and white and what a lousy job this old crab asian man had done to my nails. It looked horrible. I requested to do it over again but he refused. I hope anyone whose reach to this message, do not go there (Indulgence Nails Salon & Spa which located at 5976 Ohio 48 in Maineville area and remember this old crab asian man.

Someone keeps marking this salon as permanently closed. IT IS OPEN! Best nail salon Ive been to - my acrylics never break and Im hard on them. Great people, too. Also, the reviewer complaining about the gift certificate not being honored - IT WAS THREE YEARS OLD. The salon wasnt even owned by the same people then. (Also, look at her other reviews. Everywhere she goes is the "worst experience of her life"). I bought a gift certificate for my coworker and had no problem. She got the same great service I do and is now a customer, too :)

Poo... sour grapes seem to be hanging with the prior review! I have been going to this same business for sometime and find that the new management is continuing to offer the great services that I have always had been receiving. My nails are continued to be done by professional manicurist(s), the instruments are clean and the staff are very nice and easy to converse with.

Always used to have a great service. But recently they have rushed through pedicures each time. To where it took about 15 minutes for everything wasnt relaxing at all stabbed toes with cuticle clipper each time very painful water was either WAY TO HOT or freezing! Went with 2 other people and all had the same problems. Used to be a amazing place very dissappinted !

I went here to get a french nail shellac done on my nails, and they did a wonderful job! The salon was spotless, and they were very tedious in making sure the lines on my french manicure were perfectly straight and even. I very much appreciated their attention to detail, and will continue to only get shellac done at Indulgence!

I wont go any place else to have my nails done. They actually do the coffin nail shape right!! Bring in a photo and you will get exactly what you want, every time. Every technician is great. Plus when you book an appointment they will actually be ready for you, unlike other nail salons.

I took my daughter there on August 5th to get a manicure and pedicure. When she was done, I noticed they painted my daughters fingernails and toenails different colors. It was closing time and clearly they made up excuses other then the fact their color blind. Will never go back there.

I have been a loyal customer of Indulgence Nails for years now. It is a clean, well run salon. I always call ahead of time to make an appointment. Joseph, Mihn and Wihn run a wonderful business where you are made to feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend!!

My mom always has win do her nails and toes. I always have Jason do my nails and toes. And my sister always has Joe do her nails and katie do her toes. We have been going there for years and we wont go anywhere else but indulgence they are amazing! Highly recommend.

They always do a wonderful job. They even did my wedding nails and was so happy with the work they did. Everyone there is pretty much friendly and if they have a lot of people they let you know that you are there and are waiting to be waited on.

This place is terrible, they refused to honor a giftcard I bought for my wife despite this practice being illegal and tlmy wife said the work they did was generally poor. I do not reccomend going here
