I went there today and my sew-in looks a hot mess. After speaking with the manager Dee in Stockbridge about how unsatisfied I am about my hair, all she could do was apologize. Im waiting for the owner Porsha to call me about this closure that has my hair showing in the top and the side of my hair sticking out as if Im about to fly away. I also went to the one in Jonesboro to see if the owner was there and of course no one wants to talk. They are well trained to not speak about bad service. However, everybody has someone to answer to in the end. Ill wait for my call. I wish I could post a picture of this mess.

I checked the website and saw that relaxers were $25, called in & was told coloring was $10..so I go in expecting to pay no more than $50..wrong! Final cost at the end of the day..$65..what happened you may ask? Color is $10 if you bring your own (wasnt told that or I wouldve), + lining your neck..extra, supposedly my hair was thick (Not really) thats extra..all i"m telling you is beware of any & all extra costs..last time theyll see me though~

I wanted two 14 inch bundles and the owner Porsha sold me two 12 inches instead and told me that I can exchange it when I come to do my hair the next day. When I came back, they did not have the 2 14 inch. She promised that she would refund me back my money, but kept dodging me for several days! Very unprofessional. I would never go back there and I do not recommend anyone go there. They will take you for a ride.

I dont recommend this place to anyone. The person who did my hair took forever. On top of that she kept stopping to help other people. Keep in mind I came in for a sewin. Their customer service is fine but their professionalism SUCKS. She braided too tight I was crying about to curse her out. She kept saying I was just tender headed but I AM NOT. She kept stabbing me with the thread. SMH

Im never coming back here again. They advertise the sew-in being $50 but they add $25 for every extra bundle. $25 If the wefts are cut and they told me it would be $25 extra to straighten my hair in which they advertise to come with the sew in. By the way my thread is hanging out my sew-in.. Highly dont recommend going here.

I love touched by a angel porsha being doing my hair for 11 yrs so that should tell you something she is good... very fast and friendly I allways have a good experience and the hair I purchase was good quality keep up the good work Porsha...❤❤❤❤❤

This store has great people and the environment is very comfortable.. the only problem is the hair I purchased from them. I paid for 2 bundles of human body wave Brazilian hair and it was crap
