The clothing and books I ordered were left outside in the rain all day because youre too lazy to walk to my porch and leave the items under a covered area, then when I call the office to talk about the issue I found out you have a bag you can leave items in so they dont get wet. you couldnt even be considerate enough to do that. The only thing the supervisor can do is write up the employee. That does me no good, in have to spend more money to get the clothes dry cleaned. Youre all useless. Get off your ass and walk 20 feet, if you cant perform essential functions of your job you shouldnt have it.

The clerk smacking her gum while she waited on me was bad enough, but when she did not know Singapore was a country Id had enough and left. Hapeville processed the package in 2min. The Civil Service exam has hit an all time low. Left on Vacation filled out the STOP MAIL card and the mail keep on coming. Box full.. now stolen.. and no one at the EP Post Office will be held accountable. SAD

I keep having my packages say delivered and nothing is there I was told to put a note on my door stating to not leave packages at my door when I am not home but according to the tracking number my packages will say delivered left with individual and I have not received my package and I live alone. I am starting to think the mail carrier is stealing them and marking it as delivered.

OMG. I am going to need people to there job. If you tired of the industry let the next generation have a chance. I have a box with these guys . SMH to the post master. However I had gotten some mail that I didnt need. Put return to sender explained to the lady why I needed them to send it back. Two days later the mail was back my box.SMH to the post master.

This is quite literally the worst post office I have every used. About 2-3 times a year, our mail just stops showing up at our office and inevitably we get phone calls from clients wondering why their mail came back marked as "return to sender". It is ridiculous that this is allowed to go on, year after year after year.

Please correct your hours of operation on the website. It looks as if youre a 24 hour facility. Just the opposite. Your door has that youre open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Hours of operation only convenient for those who dont work normal business hours.

I really love this location. The staff are nice, especially Ms. Gerry. The line can get long so be prepared to wait. I have never had a shipment issue. Only flaw is that they close pretty early and they are closed on Saturday.

They treat people in complexes like kids you cant ask them questions and you cant enter where your mailbox is. They have signs up do not enter platform and do not harass the postal worker very rude people!!!
