Very poor customer service. The lady working the counter 8/7 at 10 am was extremely rude. I was attempting to ship a return, and when I got to the counter, she said "we dont have a way to service that type of label." I was confused because USPS was listed on the return label I had, so I thought maybe she meant I needed to print it on a different type of paper or something. I asked what she meant, and she just continued to repeat the same canned response. I asked one more time if she just meant I needed to get my own tape to affix the label to the package first, and she ignored me, looked right past me to the next customer and asked how she could help them. Thankfully the customer behind me approached me in the parking lot and said, I think she was trying to say you have to go to UPS. That was all she needed to say - "you have to mail this through UPS." Very, very simple response. She was condescending to the person in front of me in line too, so shes clearly not trained to treat customers with respect. I will not return to this location.

I went to this location 3 days after going to another location b/c I was told that they had the stamps I was looking for. I came here on my 30 min lunch break. Rosa asked for my ID for my card which I provided then said I needed to sign my credit card so I put SEE ID on it and then she refused to allow me to use it. Since when it is it any concern of the Post Office what I sign on my cards. I do not like signing my cards and always put SEE ID on them. I was there IN PERSON with MY credit card, with MY ID and it wasnt good enough. She was extremely rude and cut me off, gave me a sheet of paper with a number that NOBODY answers and told the next person to come up before I had even put my VERY SUPER DEFINITELY VALID cards up. Also, she said it was company policy. NEWSFLASH: the USPS is a FEDERAL AGENCY. Ridiculous. Ive NEVER had any problems at any of the USPS offices nor anywhere else that I use my visa.

They deserve -5 stars!!! Apparently Rosa is not very popular. Today I was the unlucky one. Same problem as the review below, without my card being signed she could not accept it. The ID and the card have the same name, there is a photo on the ID, what else do they need? I have used the same card there before and never had a problem. I was sending a certified/return receipt mail and she proceeded to remove the labels for the form, ripping the envelope. She is RUDE and does it because she is a government worker and will never be let go. Ive had bad customer service at other USPS locations, but ROSA beats them all!!! Oh, and she gave me the same sheet with a number to call her boss! And they wonder why they are losing business for UPS and FedEx. Sometimes it is worthy it to pay more and not wait in line and be mistreated because they know they are not going anywhere.

I use this post office often. Most of the time I do not have any issues. Although, it is always crowded in the facility and the employees are never friendly. They are not rude but they give off this vibe like they dont even want to be there. I actually had a lost box and I called in for assistance. Not only was the lady straight up rude she continually cut me off while I was speaking. She repeated over and over that "she had another phone call she needed to take." So, the phone call your on has no significance at all?!? I am very disturbed at the professionalism stature of the people employed here. I know that I will never go here unless I have absolutely no other choice.

I provided all information needed to get my item delivered , but the delivery man was unable to deliver my item with a bogus claim about an incorrect address The gentleman I called over the phone at this location was helpful , he verified I provided all necessary information required to deliver my item , but the delivery man had an update on file saying "unable to deliver to address" , an address less than a mile away from the location, which bills and other horrendous mail i never subscribed for gets delivered without any hassle. Very bad .

I have requested a mail box re-key due to moving to a new HUD home and not having keys of the mailbox from the previous owner. I made the maintenance request back in 12/08/15 and almost a month and a half later they have not changed it. I still do not have access to MY OWN mailbox and every time i call or come into the store they say the person in charge of maintenance orders is not there, regardless of day or time!

Worst experience at the post office in my life!! The lady at the counter had an attitude before I even got to her. I literally just wanted to ship and asked about the best and cheapest way. She was rude for no reason. I even went when it was absolutely dead in there and still received terrible service.

I received the worst customer service I have ever encountered on my visit to the Cobb Parkway Post Office today. The service assistant was harsh and insulting. I understand a long days work, but it does not excuse such unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning to this facility.

Just got off the phone to ask if they issue passports. Didnt hear if it was M-F or M-S. She asked "I said M-S" in a very rude way. I was so shocked that someone could be even working there like that. Never again will I ever call or even go. If I could zero star I would!!!!

I dropped my item of there and after I taped it up with their priority tape they told me they couldnt ship it even though I had already paid for shipping, unless I paid for priority shipping. Now, there is no way to contact them unless I go up there.
