Dorthy is such an awesome person and handles her customers with the up most professionalism she is always in a joy ful mood even when the line is out the door I would like to give this place 5 starts but their is one gentlemen their that is very rude and disrespectful you can usually catch him answering the phones so if you wanna get something done ask to speak to Dorthy when u call

i called and the guy on the phone argued with me that the fact that my mail was over 2 1/2 hours late had nothing to do with the post office. i had an important package coming and he told me to deal with it and wait until the mail came. never ordering a package and having it shipped by the us postal service ever again.

Everytime I try to call and schedule an appointment for a passport Im either put on hold and no one EVER picks up the phone again or Im told someone will call me back and they NEVER do. Unfortunately I have to keep trying if I ever want to travel internationally.

extremely rude staff and not very helpful. Tried to set up a passport appointment and the man who answered did little to help me. I asked if he had appointments available, and he replied "today? no." and hung up on me.

Everyones nice only when they feel like it. Straight up rude people who just hate their job. Multiple times closed ans hour early and told me i need my car insurance to get my address changed?? Liars
