Stopped delivering our mail without notice due to not being allowed to carry a key to our building. After days of no delivery I went in, they explained the issue. I got my mail, they also handed me mail for everyone in the building. I gave back the mail that wasnt mine. I had a key box put on the building... still no delivery I called they said we needed a key box, I said we have one, they said it was the wrong kind. I asked which kind, they said the normal one, the landlord would know. The landlord said the one we had was the normal one. I went picked up my mail gave them the code they said we should start getting deliveries again. A few days passed, no mail I called, they said there was no key box. I went and picked up my mail, they gave me the mail for everyone in the building again. I gave them back the mail for the others. A few days later deliveries started coming as usual. Now about 6 months later, no delivery today. The tracking says that they couldnt get in the door, the box is theyre the code is on file. I wonder if when I go pick up my mail on Tuesday if theyll give me the mail for everyone in the building?

I was given one single notice to pick up my internationally shipped package and only one day to get my item. By the time I noticed, my package was already sent back to Japan. I cant even get a hold of anyone to ask why they did this. Update: I have had to pay $18 to get my package resent to me so I finally took time out of work to go ask them about the issue in person as to avoid it in the future. The manager was very condescending to me as I explained to him the issue and inquired about having packages requiring signatures held. As someone who has spent years in customer service I was being as kind as possible but he was really trying my patience. He explained that they give one notice of attempted delivery and one of finality but didnt really acknowledge that I told him I had attempted to pick up the package several days after the first notice. I asked him if the package could be held once it arrives for the second time and he told me "If you dont get off of work until 6pm you cant pick up your package anyway." They close around 5, but apparently lunch breaks dont exist. Can you tell Im mad. Im mad.

This place is a joke. They delivered a package of mine to the wrong parcel box, and now its been lost. Unfortunately, the sender didnt insure so Im out $210. I called the post office multiple times over 2 days before going in in person. A very rude manager offered no help whatsoever. I told her that I had called at least 10 times over 2 days with no answer. Her response was that it wasnt possible because "(shes) answered every phone call herself". As I left, I stood in the parking lot and called one more. The phone range over 20 times with no answer, all the while I could see 4 employees at the desk talking amongst themselves. I then went back in to confirm I was calling the right number. I could hear the phone ringing. Needless to say, thats the last time I deal with these incompetent govt employees. Spend a little more for FedEx or UPS, its worth it to not have your items lost with no remorse or refund.

This is not only the worst Post Office ever, it is the worst establishment ever built with intention of servicing customers. It smells like stale old milk when you walk in. The floors and walls look like they havent been cleaned in two decades. Then you meet the staff: which consists entirely of surly, braindead malcontents that are deadset on infuriating every person inside the store. I went there to get a passport and was told they could not do it. When I asked why, she told me it took too long. I had the application already filled out and all my documentation in hand. There was no one else in line. She told me I could make an appointment (in two weeks) or come in on Saturday from 9 to 3. Got there at 12:05 and they were closed. If there was a way to give this Post Office negative stars, I would do it.

My 88 year old mother moved to Cincinnati recently. I was a little slow in filing her change of address to get her mail forwarded. I called to check on the status of her mail, and I could not have been treated with more courtesy and help. They were absolutely wonderful and I could not have experienced better treatment than what I received. I see people only giving 2 stars to this office and I cant help but think that the person who gave that review maybe deserved "one star" for his or her attitude. Even before this I was always treated well when I had to go there for stamps or to mail a package. I cant say enough good things about how I was treated. Thank you US Postal Service and your employees at the corner of Liberty Road and New Circle.

I have been there for two times. The only reason I went back the second time is I just didnt have time to go to other locations. Both times, I had very bad experience there. Especially the sencond time, I was sending a package. I arrived there 10 minutes before they closed the door. Three people were behind me. They locked the door at what ever their closing hour. When its my turn, they asked me to fill a form and then the officer told me that after I fill out the form I have to drive to another location (with longer hour) because their door was closed even although they were going to service the rest of three customers. Anyway, I will NEVER go back to that place again.

I had sent out a package last week, which got mistakenly shipped to my home instead of the company it was supposed to be mailed to. I had asked if I should write out the addresses on the box, or if the shipping label provided was ok. I was told to use the shipping label, so I did. When I brought the package back the worker told me I had shipped it to myself (even though the label said "ship to: address" and "Ship From: me"), when I tried to explain he said "Shhh, Ill explain it to you, this is where the shipping address goes, this is where the return address goes" like I was a child. Ive never been treated that rudely. I walked out.

I live in a cul-de-sac with a common mailbox. The post person crams all our mail in there to the point that it wont come out the front. I am sick and tired of my mail being damaged and so forth due to this lack of respect and professionalism. Now it has snowed last weekend and we have not had mail delivery in a week. There is an expected package that has been "on truck for delivery" for 3 days. We cant get anyone to answer the phone there either! Pieces of crap they are!
