I just got off the phone with a Supervisor from this location in regards to a package that has the wrong address on it. I spoke with a young lady( the same Supervisor) on yesterday in regards to the package asking if they would hold the package. I explained that that was my mothers address who no longer lives there and I didnt know who lives there now and I didnt want them to steal the items. I was told that the package was not found and to call back the next day to see if it could be located and they would hold it. Now that I have called back another employee answered the phone and said they could not hold it because there is no change of address in the system since it was over 2 years since my mother lived there. So I asked for the supervisor who now states that she didnt know my mother didnt live there and they could not help me, it would have to be returned to sender. After going back and forth with her about our previous conversation and trying to see if there were any other alternatives so I could get my items as today is my daughters bday I finally gave up and told her thanks anyway and she hung up the phone in my face. No thank you for calling have a nice day or I am sorry we couldnt assist. Some ppl really need to be reconstructed/retrained on having customer service.

I had a package guaranteed by 8 pm yesterday 12/3/15, which I did not receive.Online and via alert it stated that the area was insecure at 9:00 PM. This is untrue, as I was home and the carrier did not attempt to deliver the package. I called the next day and XXX stated that they didnt know the gate code. People are in and out all of the time and would have let a mail person in. So another lie. The next day 12/4/15 I have been calling all day and XXX kept telling me they would deliver the package. At 6:00 PM she answers and stated the gate pad is broken, which is untrue as my company just use it. This is ridiculous and unprofessional! I am being told lie after lie and now I still do not have the package which I needed on 12/3/15. I took off 12/3/15 because it was scanned for delivery at 6:30 PM. Still sitting at home at9:00 PM I had NOTHING, no notice just or visit just and online update that a notice was left...un true. The lady acts like Im being a hassle. This is the worst customer service situation I have EVER had! My community has not received mail in 2 days and they act like we are annoying them for wanting our personal items! Rude and very disappointing!

I called today at 9:15am and a Tameka picked up and was yelling at someone., she we screaming "stop the commentary in the workroom floor repeatedly" I didnt even receive a hello and then she hung up on me. I called twice she picked up the phone and hung up, I then proceeded to call from my work number and she picked up again this time she said hello and I inquired about the passport appointment and she just said "hold on" and left me in hold for 10 min and never came back. I hung up and called back and she finally came back to tell me they do not have any passport appointments until march 21st and told me to go to Gresham road in Marietta. Which I learned does not do the passport photos just proceeds the paperwork. One way or another the customer service at the mableton office is absolutely terrible!

Very poor delivery service. Everyone on my street gets someone elses mail. When you call to inquire you are given nothing but lip service and nothing changes. When the delivery people came out of the Austell office, at least we got our mail, regularly and on time every day. Often I go thre days without mail then my mailbox is crammed like I have been on vacation. We had one really good delivery person out of the Mableton office but he is gone and the new ones are just not up to a basic standard. This is so discouraging and has caused many people around here issues with missing bills, late bills and deliveries. Really just not acceptable. Will be contacting Ms Nichols again soon.

This is the worst post office Ive ever been to. Theyre rude and unprofessional. I had a very important package held for pick-up and they attempted re-delivery. Mistakes happen, sure, but they blamed me and the ppl who designed USPS web page bc yall shouldnt have the option to hold packages well if the MF who worked up there would answer the phone then MAYBE THEY could help with issues like this. I work M-F, 8am - 5pm with a one hour lunch. I spent over half my lunch at the post office ... sorry to rant but Ill return my order to sender before I EVER allow someone to send me something via USPS.

Good luck if your mail is coming through this post office if your in Cobb co area. They have lost my package.. they have my package just sitting there for 4days plus, when i have priority shipping... another time time my package was sitting there for 3 days ...i had to open a case both times.. this time is taking much longer...i had a call from the main office at USPS call me & TELL me that my package was at mableton location & the female that i spoke with today is telling me that it isnt there. GOOD LUCK SHIPPING THROUGH USPS!!!!

I can truly say this place is HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service. There are few employees whom are very nice and kind; however those that dont fit this description and rude and have a very slick tongue! If you are smart you will take your business elsewhere. If you have a complaint, please write in to Ms. Nichols at this branch, she will straighten it out. Damn shame that good customer service is so hard to get these days!

They need to shut down this location, this is the worst post office in the state of georgia. My post lady that deliver mail is the worst post lady in the world, i always get the notice left notification on my phone but when i go outside there is no notice left letter outside or in my mailbox. If you dont like your job then quit. When i lived in jonesboro i had no issue with my mailman, he always delivered my mail on time.

This location can be summarized in one word... Useless Cant hold certified mail for an additional amount of days because I was not able to pick it up in the 15 day window due to being out of town. I was told to come in and sign a paper for them to hold it. Whats the point of signing a paper when I cant come in to pick it up during your open hours. Makes zero sense, just like the people that work there.

Every time I call about a passport appointment they say passports are closed.One day I called they said it was from 9am-3pm so I call back the next day at 2pm and they say it closed at 2!!!Or I call and I get an extremely long ANNOYINGLY SILENT WAIT FOR 12+ minutes its ridiculous!!!!! I talked to a rep for all of 10 sec and have to wait over 10minutes!!!!!!I hung up!!!!!
