I use the USPS for shipping approximately 10 times a week. I print my own labels and generally put them in a blue pick up box. I have been doing this for years. No problems until last month. I placed 5 flat rate envelopes with labels in a box downtown to be shipped. 3 items were scanned in and never delivered. Status still shows "in transit" a month later. 2 of the packages were never scanned in by the USPS carrier! I went to the location on Wilkinson Blvd to speak with a supervisor regarding these issues. After standing in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting, the extremely unprofessional, so called supervisor showed up in the window to talk to me. She was extremely rude and refused to answer my questions regarding the missing packages. She told me "My carrier isnt going to remember a 15 digit tracking number from your package" and then stated her solution to the problem was that she would have someone check the box to see if my packages were still there, 7 days later! I asked her if she would like copies of my documents showing the missing and undelivered packages and she said "No, I dont need them". Then when I asked her if she would take my name and number and call me when she figured out who the carrier was that picked up my packages, she said "No, Im very busy and I will just lose your number". This is the most unprofessional woman in a supervisory position I have ever dealt with. I went back to the window and asked the employee there (Who was actually very nice) who was next in charge. I was told the postmaster, but he was on vacation that week. I still havent seen my 5 packages, they havent been delivered and the post office has done nothing to fix this situation. Unbelievable.

Their postal carriers are deplorable with regards to their standard of service when it comes to delivering mail to my address and packages as well...They dont even knock on the door and I live in an apartment complex that is in a "not so good" neighborhood and they just leave the package and take off and I have had many packages that I have ordered online that should have had a carrier knock on my door and deliver them to me personally which, never happened and I never received the package at all and pieces of my own mail that should have been delivered to my mailbox but, when I called the company regarding mail that I was waiting for to show up the company would inform me that the mail had been sent back to them by the Post Office saying that the Post Office didnt recognize the address and I live less than one block from the Frankfort Post Office and its the only Post Office in Frankfort!!! Truly unhappy with U.S.P.S. !!!

NO APOLOGY, NO CONCERN EXPRESSED WHAT SO EVER WITH OUR DAMAGED MAIL. I AM SHOCKED AT THE LACK OF RESPECT/CONCERN GIVEN BY THE POSTMASTER! Yesterday 7/26/2016 the mail carrier left my mail out in the rain on my porch, a book, a few letters & checks and another package. They were ruined.....No knock on the door, no putting it in the mail box outside? I understand the book wouldnt fit, but all the other stuff would have and would not have been destroyed. So today 7/27/2016 my wife calls down and talks to the 40601 Post Master Mike. He was rude and smarkey with her on the phone saying if they would have left it in the door way out of the weather it was at risk of damage....REALLY!!! It is no wonder that the USPS has as much struggles as they do with people like this!

I dont know how many different carriers they may have on our route but typically anytime a package that wont fit in our mailbox is involved its either left on the ground in front of the mailbox in the rain or snow or left hanging in the wind from the front of the mailbox (saying hey... come steal me) BUT NEVER delivered to our house which is maybe 100 feet from the mailbox ! I have went to our local USPS office before to complain and was treated with a feeling of total complacency... come on people.

I hope somebody takes over the usps system like Uber is taking over taxis! These guys like to tell us that they couldnt gain access to our front door, when its not a gated community or anything! And the package is small enough to leave in our mailbox!!! Theyre most of the time just lazy....

I had a package that says it was delivered to my front door, it wasnt there when I got home from work a couple hours later. I went to the post office and all I have is their word that it was delivered and now Im out $45 and was treated like a monster cause I was upset.

This is the 3rd package this year the USPS has lost. I dont think its the local uspss fault; however, nonetheless I will be doing my future business with FEDEX and pay the difference. I know that way my packages/letters will be taken care of professionally.

Very rude workers. Their postal carriers deliver to the wrong addresses, lose outgoing mail and set packages on wet ground at mailbox across the road instead of bringing to door.

Phone is always busy. I drop my packages off in the rear, otherwise they get lost. Cashiers are very rude.
