UPDATE- ON THURS JULY, 27, 2017- Below you will see my earlier review from a few weeks back, but fair is fair and so today I would like to add that on todays visit, I truly did receive excellent service from rep Sibyl and last week I also received very good service from a young gentleman, (forgive me I didnt see his name) who was very kind and tried to be as helpful as possible, but perhaps he was new and still in training, for he didnt seem to know the answers to some of my questions, like how much does PO Box service costs ($38 for 6 mos per Sibyl) . So based on these two superior employees, I am pleased to increase my former 1 star review. Their awesome spirit, compassion and great attitude sort of partially cancels out the previous Mr Sour Puss employee I met with last month! : ) PREVIOUS 1 STAR REVIEW BASICALLY STATED - "I walked in here at 436pm to inquire if our mail was being Held or Forwarded here, as our former location the annex on PS Rd, sent me here. The gentleman at the counter was curt, and absolutely unhelpful whatsoever! We were shocked by his behavior, as he neither said hello nor goodbye in any form, even in my obvious dramatic, You have a good day, now! Evidently, he was mentally already off the clock at 4:40pm and tried to send me back to the Annex, stating our mail wasnt there, before even checking. Yet after checking, yes our mail is coming here now under General Delivery. When I inquired about purchasing a P. O. Box, it was clear he did not want to be bothered with that now. He stated I would have to have my DL, Voter Reg card and a piece of mail showing my address. I laughed and said, well isnt this piece of mail from your own organization evidence enough of my address. He did not appreciate that, no sense of humour whatsoever! Exasperated, I stated I would just return another day for this. I never could see his name tag. UPDATE- REDEMPTION - SO AS YOU CAN SEE TODAY ON JULY 27, it all just depends on the luck of the draw of whom you have help you at the counter ! Thank You to these other two employees who have been so kind and helpful and be proud you raised the bar, hopefully the other gentleman will give just a tad more effort. Perhaps he just had a bad day, it happens to us all from time to time! : )

Really bad, this place lost my packages. I purchased items on Amazon and the seller only provided me USPS. Usually I only purchase items with FedEx or UPS but I gave it a chance on USPS. Wrong decision. The first time they lost my incoming package was lost in their carriers car. It was scanned as delivered but eventually gave it to me on the fourth day and the priority mail wasnt even worth the money. Their excuse were it didnt had a suite number.understandable. Second incoming package was scanned delivered but never arrived at my door!!! A week later they still havent found my package.I wonder whats their new excuse gonna be this time? Luckily the seller send me a second item at no cost. Hopefully it actually arrives and scanned deliver as it suppose to be. UPDATE: I ordered and requested to have my packages from Amazon to be delivered anything but USPS. Amazon probably ignored or made a decision to ship them using USPS anyways. On Nov 24 and Nov 25 of 2014, the USPS once again, lost both packages. I called and both packages were scanned as PO Box. This is just getting ridiculous.

Horrible....The attitudes these people have are ridiculous. My son is deployed and today makes the SECOND time they have screwed up my delivery. People spend to much to on purchasing goods then to have to pay for shipping.USPS should be ashamed of yourself especially this location. Spoke with Abby the manager and she is condensending. I have dealt with 1...1 C.S.R here and I have never seen her again probably got fired for being polite.The incompetent people they have here ugh. I drive 10 miles now out the way vs 5min just deal with a more educated crowd. USPS I have 14 yr old who can do a better job than the trash you have In there now.

except for the wait times, the staff has always been friendly and efficient here. I have been using the USPS for 40 years in various locations throughout the US and have NEVER had anything get lost in the mail, so I really think these claims about things getting lost may be exaggerated. One time a payment I mailed to my Visa card carrier took over two weeks to arrive. However, I found out that it was because I mailed it to one of that banks many offices, but not the right office, so they forwarded it. That did take a while, but Im not sure that wasnt the banks fault.

Worst service ever. I called to track a money order and they told me to come in. I went in the following day and was told I would have to go online. I went online and there was no way for me to track it without a number. I called this morning and was put on hold for 16 mins. I hung up and call back and im still waiting for someone to answer the damn phone. I just want my money back. They have the nastiest attitudes especially the so called supervisor

Utterly worthless customer service. No help at all, cant explain why their policies dont match the ones on the USPS website, kiosk doesnt work, employees(manager Im guessing in red jacket) talking for 5+ minutes after a finishing checking a customer out, customer doesnt even respond aside from "yeah", takes 45 mins to get to the cashier when only 3 people in front of me and 2 cashiers. Utterly worthless customer service.

They quit delivering mail to my buisness yet someone that hasnt worked there for more than 5 years ago gets a comcast letter. In the meantime I have missed some very important mail. I call the office and a lady says call at 9:15 in the next morning and talk to my carrior. Is this Croatia, Cuba, USSR or USA? UPS and FEDEX are better.

So it is a very rare case they answer the phone. It is there job to pick up the phone and answer my questions about my package. They also cant seem to be able to read because my package had been forwarded and they keep playing tag with ky cause they do not look at the forwarding address this isnt rocket science people.

Do Not even try to call this branch. The phone call starts with "You are a valued customer." If Im sure a valued customer, then why dont you answer your phone!?!?!??!!? It rings for about a minute then hangs up on you. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! YOU ARE A GOVERNMENT ENTITY; I PAY YOUR SALARY!!!!

Good friendly service, the wait line moves pretty quick, I would say took me about 10 min on Tuesday morning to get through 15 people line, parking at the front is limited, but people are usually in and out so its relatively easy to get front of the building parking spot

I have called repeatedly about a missing package and they will not answer the phone. When I get the chance I am driving there and going to speak to who ever supervises. They need serious revisions when it comes to how they can possibly not pick up a single phone call.
