We have used many post offices within Cincinnati Ohio! We leave reviews when we fill a business has gone above and beyond. We would have to say that the employees here are all very pleasant and want to do whatever they can to assist us in getting our business; this has not always been the case at other post offices. Betty is the first person we met and took care of us from the get-go; she deserves a raise! We definitely recommend this post office as you will be greeted and taken care of by the best in the city! This post office is the worst all they had to do is deliver my box but no they say they put it on my porch but no box was ever delivered so when i called to see why they have no answers so i call to have the post office investigated and so they have the guy in question investigate him self how stupid is that well dont u know thats our hard earned tax money at work so if they lose something they do nothing glad to see my tax money is working hard plus if u call them to question something then the yell and cuse u out then hang up on u this post office sucks

Awful post office. My out going mail is frequently left in my mailbox. At least a dozen times I have been outside in my driveway when he comes and when I get my mail I find a "sorry we missed me" letter. Missed me? You just waved at me! My outgoing mail frequently gets held for up to 5 days before being sent downtown to the sorting center. Ive had more packages lost in and out from this location. Im tired of bills being late, customers orders not going out, and not getting my mail.

Girl just comes out of nowhere didnt greet me or anything picks up my pagage like "what it this" all rude . I was like Im trying to send this back and she like oh thats ups not us! I was confused cause it was in usps packaging but the return slip said ups. She didnt give me any advise or anything she just walked away so I left. Will definitely not be coming back I rather drive the extra couple miles to go somewhere else. I figured I would write a review instead of calling corporate.

I agree. This post office is always messing up. Trying to track down yet another package now. I constantly get other peoples mail.
