My daughter went today to mail 170 wedding invitations, bearing over $200 of stamps. When I bought the stamps, I was told the invitations required hand-stamping; the more expensive stamps. But, NO, said your clerk this morning. "Hand-stamping is a courtesy and I dont have time for it." She threw that small but precious fortune into a bucket and called "next." Cant wait to see those reply envelopes come in with bent corners and smears. Way to help us spread the love, Smyrna P.O.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I come here, the line is backed up to the door and/or the clerk says hes closed/closed for lunch. Why is the door open? Why are you telling me youre closed for lunch after the posted lunch time? Because you move like a tortoise and didnt lock the door! Get this man some help! Theres a customer service problem when you see the same peope from his line at another post office because he was taking too long!

Stood in line for 30 minutes to buy holiday stamps for Christmas cards. Spent 10 more minutes stamping them individually. 2 days later started receiving stacks of my own cards as they were processed and arrived to our return address. Seriously. Never had this happening or had this happen before. What the heck.

The clerk is super nice but the lines are so long.. I think it should be two people working the lines. Im in line right now while writing this review. Sheesh.. Every time I come here I wait for at least 20 mins. Please get him help!!

This really is the SLOWEST post office. Always a line. Its a one man show and he doesnt move quick. The hours are limited and its closed daily for lunch, per the sign on the door: "1:45 PM - 2:40 PM or later"

Awful postal experience because of the lines. Dont know why I continue to go there with the 30080 post office literally on the next street. Be warned. Male clerk is always good and helpful though.

I called and the guy working was so rude. I asked what phone number the Mableton store is, and he said you have access to the internet dummy. He is not doing his job at all

Despite their hours say they are currently open, they are closed with a sign on the door that reads come back at 3:10... its 2:45pm. I wont be back!

Worst post office ever. Person is incredibly rude and their hours listed are wrong. He just opens and closes as he pleases.
