i really want to give them 0 stars worst phone customer service. the lady was rude and condescending!!!!!! I never write reviews whether they be negative or positive. And I am a very patient person when it comes to people with Nasty attitudes but i had to hang up on her before i got really disrespectful and that is out of character for me. She was not trying to hear where i was coming from or let me know what steps i need to take to insure i get my items. I never experienced such a nasty tone when talking to someone at the post office over the phone. Its been almost a month and i STILL have not received my things and they are the last ones to have touched my belongings

DO NOT SHIP THROUGH USPS!! THEY WILL LOSE YOUR PACKAGES AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY OF IT WHAT SO EVER! ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ANY LOCATION! USE A CARRIER UPS, FED EX HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANYBODY BUT USPS.. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. THE POST MASTER QUETTA HAS ABSOLUTELY "0" ACCOUNTABILITY! YOU LEARN RULES AND REGS AFTER YOUVE LOST A PACKAGE! IT EXPLAINS WHY THEYRE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! USE COURIERS! THEYRE A LOT MORE RESPONSIBLE! USE FED EX OR UPS!

With a sleeping baby in hand that made me go over steps of shipping that werent needed and still never gave me options other than ones I mentioned. Attitudes and inconsiderate. Even the customers were trying to help expressing that were used to it. UPS from here on out if I have to ship near this location. They should be held to a higher level of customer service !

Only 2 Stars because out of the only 2 workers that are EVER on staff, only 1 of them is actually polite and shows decent customer service. The other is rude, and legit not really friendly. Its a shame, for this to be such a small PO but in such a quaint and busy area, it should really be more friendly and staffed.

They do mail here and things that you want to send in paper packages to distances locations. Theres really no point in reviewing it its a post office Its the government u get what you get.

Mail carrier puts mail in wrong boxes in my apartment complex and I was expecting a delivery which told me it was delivered and it was never there horrible not the first time
