Received a severely damaged package from the woman delivering our mail. She nonchalantly told me to call up there and theyd do something about it. I called and the woman on the phone told me the delivery lady shouldnt even have given it to me. Well finally I WENT up there, showed them the package, and they told me they couldnt do anything about it, that all complaints had to be filed online. They dont even know what theyre doing to keep the story straight from one person to the next. Im furious, my product is ruined, and I cant do a thing about it. Trying to file a claim online is near impossible apparently if its an international package. Its absolutely ridiculous how this place works. Also, there were NO white people working in the entire place. This county is half white, I wonder why they wont hire anyone who is white here?!?! Seems a bit discriminatory to me. Try to avoid coming up here, they refuse to help you at all.

Been waiting for a package since May 14th. I keep getting the same response give me your name number and address and well call you back...... Still waiting on the call..... When i call them back they repeat the process. Come on people lets get it together.

The post office change my electric bill mailing without authorization and some of my other mail. Who should I contact since they dont answer the phone. Or is this considered fraud if it is being sent somewhere not authorized.

This post office provides good, friendly customer service. It would be nice if it had automated service station where you could purchase stamps or even weigh and self-stamp envelopes and packages.

Everytime I visit this store I lean more and more to privatization of the United states postal service. This is twice now Ive came in before they open for business and they are late opening.

Once you stand in line most time 30 min just to get a stamp or something simple that a machine could do, the customer can be aggravated at this point, no matter how nice the clerk may be.

Most of the people I have met are very nice and helpful. However if you go at a busy time dont expect to be out quickly, and the busy time changes so you cant always guess when to go.

They dont answer the phone. My postman continually doesnt deliver packages when it says theyve been delivered.
