Sorry bunch.. you have a pkg to be delivered to an apt. Complex.. specifically stated address and they deliver it to whoever accepts it... they pay good money for a job half done.. what too many steps more to walk.. well if my package is not recovered. You will know me up close and have your checkbook handy to repay me for what I purchased

The second time in two weeks I have a complaint. Today mail I left for pickup is still in the box with todays delivered mail. The flag is still up. When I returned from a trip recently and expected my held mail to be delivered according to the arrangements I made, it was not done until I called and requested the instructions be followed

Mark helped us with passport applications. He went above and beyond despite the foot traffic in the office. My only suggestion would be better preparation for a passport fair.

phone never works and they dont forward mail like they are supposed to after you report an address change.
