Holly is first of all the rudest customer service person I have ever met. Because no one in that office communicates to each other they dont ever have the right information to give you. I have had my mail sent back to senders because they never got my box keyed to deliver it to me and she threw her hands up in the air today like it wasnt her problem. Over half of my bulk mail that I sent out was never delivered correctly by their carriers because they dont no the first thing about bulk mailings. So when they were never mailed correctly I was asked do you want them back or would you like for me to just throw them away. Im sorry but since when does the U.S. Post Office throw mail away?? Completely unprofessional. I will only stop in there if its a life or death situation that I would need to mail something ASAP. But Im definitely taking my business back to Fairfield where they no how to treat people like human beings. She definitely needs to be a mail carrier instead of a customer service representative.

I wish I could give a zero when it comes to the rating/stars. Recently moved, had to pay for our new mailbox key for the box on the property...that was 2 weeks ago we were initially told the lock matching the key would be changed. Week later (on a Monday) we were told the lock would be changed "for sure Wednesday" STILL NOT DONE. ask them today (Thursday) lady at the counter says "I have a lack of staff and no one to do it, but hopefully tomorrow" I told her the money saved from their "lack of staff" can be used to pay my bills sitting in my locked mailbox. Lady also had no response when I asked her why the postmaster who delivers mail daily to my complex couldnt bring the lock with him and or give me my mail at that time (being I know what time he comes and could meet him until the lock is changed) needless to say AWFUL customer service. Who blames coworkers like such? As well as makes a lame excuse as to why something isnt done? This post office thats who.

Went to post office last wensday to put a change of mail due to a move a well as a change of address. I was told by employee that my hold on my mail wouldnt be an issue and change of address wouldnt go into effect for a week. I went to go pick it up today and was told that my change of address went through and nobody told here to put our mail in hold. So my mail was sent back to Cincinnati until the change of address went through. So now my mail is on a truck driving miles to a city I dont live in to return to same post office it was sent from to be delivered to an address less than a 1 mile distance from my previous one. #ANDTHEPOSTIDFICEWONDERSWHYTHERELOSINGBUISNESS

My husband & I have been going to the Trenton Post Office 3-4 times a week for 20 years. We have always been welcomed with a smile! Holly is always very friendly, helpful & courteous. The new counter attendants are very nice & helpful as well. But we miss Holly!

The woman my mom had to deal with was completely obnoxious and rude. The type of person who shouldnt be working at a public job. If shes worked there long at all I dont see how she hasnt gotten a crap ton of complaints on her.

We called in stating that we had a mailbox that had been knocked over. Hollys response was "How is that my problem?" So yeah, that was pretty rude.
