Bad services, I went there to pick up my mail cause I havent not been receiving them for the past week. I find out that mailman was upset for whatever reason and decided to hold the mails. When I ask the clerk at the post office desk why was he riding around with the mails still in his possession for the past days. She looked at me like I said something funny and said Ill let him know to deliver my mail later on that day. I dont see how their supervisor allow them to play with people important letter however they feel like it.

The mail woman is CONSTANTLY putting other peoples mail in my box despite me leaving several notes. I have also called several times to complain. The manager states that he has talked to her and gave me some excuse that there is a new person who must not know and states that he will talk to her also. Wellll.... its still happening. Whether new or old, I filled out the resident form that was left in my box and the little slip in the box tells exactly whose mail is to be left. So theres really no excuse...

Simply requested my birthcertificate to be held there so it wouldnt be stolen at my front door because Ive experience identity theft to where I have to remember this passcode if I get pulled over or I go to jail .The post office could only say oops when I found out they sorted my mail and had it sent too my door. Very horrible service and lack of knowledge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????

ALWAYS a wait now. I went in on 3 different occasions in 1 wk and instead of assisting w the line theres an extra person who just repeatedly asks if anyone wants to pickup or drop off.. uhh how about u get the line down once we all say no each of the 5xs u asked. Last time I went waited over 10mins w only 1 person ahead of me. Seems like they want to overly chat w customers more than help and move along.

The lady that I spoke to told me something I already knew. Maybe they slack actual employees but doesnt the internal employees of the post offices have other ways of tracking a package that the shippers and recipients dont. Point being you have better chance of asking an owl how long it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop than asking than where they heck your items are.

Cons: For years Ive had numerous problems with mishandling of my mail when I put service on hold. Since the postmaster for the Lithia Springs office changes frequently they dont address these problems well. Pros: The one positive thing is that the workers at the office and my postal carrier are nice people.

I have a P.O. box my packages get lost all the time. The level of customer service here is poor, The tall man is RUDE(GHETTO), the BIG woman I.Q. is below average . I was told that 90% of people is working in the wrong profession this post office employees prove that to me.
